- This whole budget debate seems to be driven by fear. Boughner can't lead the Tea partiers, who are afraid their re-election is jeopardized if they don't march to the Tea party's dictums. I personally will not vote for ANY incumbent if they continue fiddling while the govt grinds to a halt. The amount in question is miniscule compared to the overall budget. A failure by the Senate and House to resolvve this should result in ALL of them being fired.

- I feel the Senator's should take a cut in pay for starters and that would help with the deafest, and may if they all think about paying everybody out of their income before t shutting the government down it wanted happen for starters, or they may think twice.
They are sure not thinking about our MILITARY PEOPLE THAT PUT THERE LIVES ON THE LINE EVERYDAY AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT WILL GO WITHOUT FOOD, DO TO NOT GETTING A CHECK ON THE 15Th OF MONTH, OR IF THEY LOSS THEIR HOUSING. That worries me, I have family in the military and they are in that situation now due to the government.
Both sides of the floor need to get themselves together and stop auguring over stupid stuff and do their jobs they get paid to do and do them in the right way for the people that put them in those sets they can be replaced. We need everything that they are auguring over, so they do need to cut their pay to help the budget instead of passing it to the American people.
