- Oh, let me add that the laws are different in every state, which enforces that you should refer any matter of money or payment of any kind to your lawyer.

- ANYBODY asking for money for a baby should not be answered and referred to your adoption attorney. There are things that can be agreed to that can be paid by the adoptive parents, such as hospital bills but ANY SIGN of 'paying' for a baby and you are involved in trafficking, which is against your case for adopting the child. If you get any requests for money tell them to talk for your lawyer. Fortunately, in our case things turned out ok but had circumstances been slightly different, we would have had trouble.

- These people don't want to adopt. These guys want to BUY infants. There are hundreds of thousands of children stuck in foster care who want homes. These child buyers will not adopt them.
