It is common pratice for America to exchange weapons for drugs,in 1980's
the Reagan administration, ATF and CIA sold weapons to the Iranians.
These same people exchanged drugs for weapons with the Panamanians so the "Freedom Fighters",aka CONTRAS could kill who-ever and what-ever they thought was a communist in central America.
This drug money also was used to finance the anti-communist mugahidin forces of Afghanistan during the Ronald Reagan administration.
(I think the Reagan administration also created CRACK COCAINE to double the profit.)
Like I said, this is an old story to draw attention away from the GAS prices.
I don't expect Americans to believe anything, they are too busy drinking from the river of DENIAL.

This is another very fine example of the old shell game. They take your eyes of the shell, and then switch it while you are momentarily distracted. Every American citizen, and every law abiding Mexican citizens should be as mad as he11.

This is ludicrous, who is the idiot up in Washington that enacted this policy? Who ever they are they should be kicked all the way down the stairs and out of their office, and then the FBI should be waiting at the bottom of the stairs to arrest them. Oh yea, I forgot it was the FBI that helped plan and construct the first bomb that blew up at the WTC. Well, maybe the CIA, could help out on this one, oh, yea, I forgot, the CIA is running drugs to, and has been caught on more than one occasion red handed. Well, what about we call in the Pentagon, never mind, I forgot, they couldn't account for 2.3 trillion dollars, the day before 9/11, and then they lost Bin Laden in Toro Boro, no doubt they couldn't track the guns either.

Is any one awake here? Can anyone see whats going on here? Our own leaders are selling us out, lock, stock, and barrel, literally. How much longer can the American people be expected to stand by while things like this happen before there is an uprising like we are seeing in countries across the middle east where, "corruption is rabid." Seems to be plenty of it right here in our own back yard, without us looking overseas.

How much longer do these kinds of things have to be allowed to happen before the heat hits the ice? If we can't expect our own law enforcement officers to do what is right, and protect us, where do we turn? This is putting a lot of good people, in a bad light, and a lot of bad people are getting by with things no American, especially a law enforcement organization should ever be allowed to get by with, and walk away from.

As the Jethro Tull song says, "I see a black cloud on the horizon."

Another example of graft and lies by our government to us. Guns that are illegal for U.S. citizens to own being supplied to drug smugglers and illegal aliens while we pay for it to be done. Our government is not accountable to us for their actions whether or not they are illegal and cause a threat to national security. It's high time someone in a high position took a very close look at the ATF and whether what they are doing is in the best interest of the citizens of this country. It seems that all the ATF is interested in doing is disarming the citizens of the United States and giving weapons (that can and will be used against us) to known drug dealers and criminals at our expense. In other words we are paying to disarm our nation and arm our enemies. What a great nation the U.S.A has become. This is pathetic. Our government is out to destroy our citizens.

Is it a requirement, that you have to be an imbicile to qualify to work for the government? This is either complete stupidity, or deliberate assistance for pay-offs from the drug dealers.

Any criminal, mentally ill lunatic or terrorist can come to my home state of Virginia and buy as many weapons as they want with no questions asked, no background check nor will they ask your name. We could arm Mexico and the cartels and do so.

Simply go to a gun show in Virginia and buy from a private dealer and you can arm the entire east coast with out a background check.
Sitting right at the next table at the gun show is a licensed gun dealer who is required to do a background check. Hello......anyone home?

The private sale or transfer of firearms is nor regulated in the state of Virginia as in other states that have similar loopholes that allow this to happen at gun shows. And we are worried about a few guns smuggled to Mexico?

At least they were caught before they stockpiled enough arms to invade us using all American weapons.
This should tie in with the stories regarding stupid government spending. Ad the ATF to the Post Office and the FBI for government agencies that need to be shut down and replaced.

I, as a legal citizen, have to jump through hoops to buy a firearm.
