Andy,

I bet you didn't know that the 1040 tax is a unconsitional tax impossed by the government and IRS. If there movie on either YouTube or Google that explains it better called "America - Fredom to Facisium". I bet your rediculious yearly income that you can't find anywhere in the law that says "you must pay income tax, or it's a against the law not to pay it" because it there no law. People like yourself have been brain washed over the years into believing you must pay it, if not the IRS person will come and take everything away.

The Superior Court in the US has even clearly said that only people who stem to gain provide from the work being done must file a 1040, that's not people like you and millions of other American's who trade their skills for money, its the big coporations that use your skills you make a profit.

You really have take the blinders off your eyes and look. :)

The movie I am talking about can be found here;

1st. The Federal Reserve is the only reason we have an Income tax.
2nd. Before anyone's tax returns are open to the public. The Fraudulant Reserve's books should be open!!
3. We can do that if people put pressure to support H.R 1207 in the House of Representatives. This bill is sponsored by Ran Paul
4. End the Fed and take back the country from these criminals.

Taxes. Shmaxes. It was hard to concentrate on what you are saying when you have an empty desk. Instead i noticed your crooked tie and other things. Load up your desk with stuff for us to look at while you talk. I say this in the nicest way.

Never mind making public what people have paid in income taxes...how about making public how Congress pisses away our tax money...AIG, Fannie, Freddie, TARP, Bank of America, Congressional perks, Pelosi's jet, earmarks, etc., etc., etc. The idiots in Congress will never vote for term limits for themselves, so hopefully, all of us will go to the polls next year and get them out of there.

What a sweet little nothing on paying your fair share of taxes, Andy! Must have been tricky to avoid the braying donkey in the room wanting to kick you as you studiously ignored it, though. "What braying donkey"? Andy asks from somewhere under his eyebrows, the picture of childlike innocence. Oh, you know, that little deal about the head of the Treasury, Tim Geithner, cheating on his taxes for at least 4 years. If he had only been GOP, you could have had a field day raking him over the coals about how furious it made you and the rest of us to dutifully pay our taxes when the guy in charge of collecting them SYSTEMATICALLY DID NOT, all under the banner of ?change we can believe in?. Imagine the fun you could have had with just the one small aspect of his cheating - claiming his son's exclusive sleep away summer camp as a "childcare deduction?. You could have really worked yourself up into one of your indignant old crank rants, but no. Mum?s the word when the incredible hypocrisy and crooked dealings are on your side of the aisle. So you just looked like the washed up partisan hack you are, talking about nothing. Dead air.

Why doesn't the CORPORATE MEDIA (mainstream media) expose the truth about the legality of the federal income tax? (Not to mention ignoring The Constitution of the United States) Yes, the States! Difficult question for you guys because you would lose your jobs if you attempted to report the TRUTH. Sad state of affairs for everyone. Thanks to the Corpoate Media. If you think the the so called economic bubble has bursted, (thanks to your non reporting that is of what really happened) pardon me, It's your reporting of disinformation of what Congress and (mainly the past 6 presidents excluding Kennedy) have done to Usurp the Constitution, pretty much have gotten us to this situation. So, my Question is, IS THERE ANYONE IN THE MEDIA THAT CAN EXPOSE WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON? Yes, I'm talking about the "NEW WORLD ORDER" Next time maybe you might want to talk about the "Patriot Act"? Yea Right........... No, this is not a personal attack. But Homeland Security (FEMA) thinks right minded Patriotic Americans could be potential Terrorrists. (Just don't mention the Constitution of the United States when FEMA is questioning you) You guys(Corporate Media) laugh at this kind of talk anyway. Good thing for you guys though, you can spin your way out of reality. So, for sure feel secure about your sincerety. Money Rules!

Problems with tax disclosure
1) Harrassment by enemies - go over your enemies returns with fine tooth comb, file complaints with IRS, continuous audits generated
2) Employers would no longer have salary confidentiality - they would never stand for this
3) Identity theft would be much easier
4) would require a large amount of infrastructure to implement
5) Could be used to screen politically, financially, medically by employers.
6) What is 'enough taxes'? Who would decide?

Andy,

Before you subtly complain that you're paying more than your fair share and that others are cheating on their income taxes, I think you should thank your lucky stars that you've been handsomely rewarded all these years (I presume) for your little pieces on 60 minutes. Your job is the very definition of a sinecure. America has been tolerating them with a collective wry smile for all these years. No one wants to take it away from you, but for heaven's sake, have the good sense not to complain. For Americans who toil 70+ hours per week in classrooms, factories, and countless other places, and certainly, for all the many thousands who are unemployed now, it's more than a little distasteful. Be thankful you are well paid for doing very little. The taxes are part of the bargain.

Andy - So you want to publish my 1040. Are you going to blank out my SSN or do you want my identity stolen in addition to my money? You say rich people hide more income than poor people. However, a lot of poor people hide 100% of their income because they are paid in cash. I kept waiting for you to smile on this segment, but you never did. I think it's time for you to take a couple Pepcid and retire and find your smile again.

Andy,
Yes, paying taxes should be a fairly shared burden bu all Americans - each paying according to their income and legal deductions.

But, we should start by checking all the tax returns for our Senators, Congressional reps, and the members of the Executive and all their staffs, and make them public. This would go a long way toward encouraging openness and fair taxation.

Regrards, Greg

Andy,

Can't you deliver your segment without ending it with a cuss word?

Yes, our government is very secretive about what it does with a lot of our tax money. I know that most of the "High Level" people in government enjoy a lot of perks such as travel and fine dining. These are things that I am not able to enjoy, so I feel a little unhappy about paying taxes to allow a senator and his family to eat gourmet food and take vacations to exotic locations.

I think everyone would be much more willing to pay their taxes if.the government lived within its budget, and was open about its expenditures instead of living in "bailout mode" for the past 50+ years. When a government spends money that it does not have, it tells me about the moral integrity of the government. If the leaders lack integrity, how much more the populace?
