Andy Rooney said he doesn't know how "Ford Motor dropped the ball." I will explain - recurring, common problems with their product, not owning up to problems with their product, lack of adequate repair service and reneging on contracts. Ford is exemplifies American big business - inferior product and lousy service. I call it being MBA'd - after the MBA's who have managed to place short-term profits over long-term investor gains.
