Expect a BIG tax increase next year. Kleenex at the Speaker's desk cost money, ya know.

Boehner is an inveterate a$$ hole who drips "orange" everywhere he walks. He needs to take his big shiny red nose and his dark circled eyed a$$ back to the Merlot bar where he came from and stay the ef there.

Third in line to the White House?

Lord help us all if it ever gets that far.

Boner is just another BOZO. He will be gone in two years (if not sooner)!

It is so funny reading the comments from the whining left, it is like they are afraid the new speaker will take the handouts away and make them get a job. It is amazing how nasty the left gets when they think someone is going to actually make them get a job and earn a living.

I certainly don't think much at all of the current Republican party, but I have to admit that I'll be more than glad to see the end of Pelosi.

I always love reading these "crying towel" forums when all the libs get together and whine. Just imagine how hard the Prozac will be flying off the shelves after their Savior gets axed in 2012.

I fear that we have just put someone third in line to the president who has really deep personal issues. It was funny to watch Leslie Stahl start to loose patience with the patient. Even funnier to watch the look of exasperation on the face of boner's wife. A face which said it all: "There he goes again."

You have to look at the bright side here. If boner somehow gets elevated to the presidency history will say that the emperor sobbed while Rome burned. Much better to have it known that one fiddled before Rome burned, rather than during.

Boehner - McConnell - Graham - Kyl: perhaps four of the most arrogant, self-serving, egotistical elected officials in Washington (now that Messrs. Bush & Cheney have "left the building").

The aforementioned anti-American, un-American ********* Foursome have zero regard for the good of the country and its constituents. They support a country Of, By and For Themselves and their big buck cronies. They, with most of their Party, declared war on Barack Obama and the residents of our country on January 20, 2009. McConnell has stated with very recent times the primary goal of the GOP is to make sure Barack Obama is a one-term president.

With that, exactly how is the so-called "leadership" of the GOP demonstrating the slightest willingness to work for the people instead of themselves. No, these pitiful and corrupt elected officials are committed to defeating the present Administration - no matter the cost to the citizenry. They ignore a simple tenet of humanity, courtesy of Mr. Spock (of Star Treck fame): "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few - or the one!"

I am thrilled to have someone in office who is a true American, and still believes in the Constitution. He will help restore America, Americans and the American Dream. Just vote in a decent President next time and maybe we can all go to work again without having to strip down at airports.

What a pathetic display of self pity. I guess Mr. Boehner deserves a PhD in theater for that act. If this is an indication of who is third in line, this nation is in much worse shape than we all could have imagined. It was clear that Mr. Boehner's crocodile tears had nothing to do with patriotism, rather, they are all founded on him not being able to keep all of his millions that he made off the backs of the hard working citizens...pure greed. There was absolutely no substance in his tone that remotely indicated that Mr. Boehner gives a rip about restoring this country to its proud roots. But of course, there are alot of favors to repay to the constituents who put him where he is today. It showed me that in Mr. Boehner's idealistic-capitalistic world, there truly is no room for morality. I would not be surprised if he already put a down payment on a seaside villa in China. Go fly a kite ya two faced cry baby.
