Who were the most influential liberals? I can't find that list anywhere.

I voted Kennedy because I think his head would look good up there, but only if it replaced Teddy Roosevelt, who never belonged in the first place except that he happened to be President when the thing was sculpted. Reagan supporters are of course only trying to enshrine the Conservative Movement, so that's BS. FDR was a genuinely historical President and should certainly be there in his uncle's place.

Why would Obama even be a candidate? He hasn't accomplished anything (besides picking out a dog), even though he has both houses of Congress with Democratic control. All he is good at is talking. And I voted for him.

I think it is interesting that it is assumed votes are along party lines. I am not a democrat, but I voted for JFK.

It's time for Andy Looney to retire! In the same show you tout the scientific achievements of Bob Ballard and Andy bashes America again. I love my country. It's time to stop apologizing. Yes we have a great deal of wealth. Yes we live a wonderful life here. What's wrong with that? I'm NOT sorry. It's high time we got back on the "love the USA" bandwagon and start leading from the front not the rear. We help more people around the world than all the rest of the "first" world countries combined. If people felt good about America again, they'd start spending money and put our hard-working citizens back to work.

And this will probably be received in the liberal community as a racist comment but it's interesting that Obama got 16% of the votes. And the blacks make up about 16% of America.

You can take this to mean what you want, but I was only pointing out a stat.

I think any sane, reasonable American would choose FDR. And I'm 24, not 90.

You should know better than to present information in such a biased manner. This poll is unfair and misleading, as democrats split their votes among three major candidates (JFK, FDR, BO), while republicans vote primarily for one (RR). You need to either give Reagan an up-down vote (ie should he be added or not?). Or you need to pit the top two (eg JFK vs RR).

Of course, you need not do this if misleading the public is your intent.

Obama??? What a complete joke!

Just shows how blind the far left voters are and how ignorant they are to history!

Have you completely replaced Leslie with the latest and greatest new young thing? If so, when are you going to replace the men with new young things, too?
