I have problems with the prosecutor's attorney's comment about absolute immunity. He says prosecutor's make split second decisions. If that is the case, why do doctors get the living crap sued out of them? I think they make alot more split second decisions than an attorney ever will.

Wilson County should pay Mr. Morton at least 2.5M dollars. The prosecutor should go to jail and his assets seized by the county to cover the renumerations.

Being Texas,it's a wonder they didn't execute the poor man. I wish him everything good for the rest of his life. He's already been put through Hell..

Williamson County District Attorney Ken Anderson should be tried and given life ...he took Michael Morton's freedon (life) and even his son's by prosecuting MM
