Another perspective on the CIA and how the American people are led by the nose: Read "Arrows of the Night" by Richard Bonin.

I wonder why a woman is so interested in the violence associated with this man. He did his job, but it is not something I want to hear about.

A pretty good story ... till we find out that it is to sell a BOOK!

And of course, blame Clinton, for not Killing OBL when he was first sighted.

Would Mike Wallace have sunk so low?

Maybe if I write more gently I can get something posted in the "land of the free". America, supposedly is a freedom of speech country...so they say. Why is it that the CIA,etc. failed to read and act on the dozens of cockpit intrusions BEFORE 9-11? Forget conspiracy theories. I am talking common sense. There should have been a policy regarding entering a cockpit long before 9-11 in lieu of the intrusions. Seems the CIA, etc. are all blatant failures and incompetent since even I, not a brillaint spy, wondered BEFORE 9-11 why NOTHING was done. Maybe the CIA,etc. are not so clever?

Amazing how the CIA stopped 9-11 despite the dozens of cockpit intrusions before 9-11. Any idiot should have been prepared for a disaster like that if they only READ THE NEWS. I guess the CIA was busy doing their "spying" and failed to read the newspapers and put 2 plus 2 together. There should have been a policy regarding doors and entrances into the cockpit. The CIA are full of idiots just like any other group.

"Hank Crumpton: Oh, I've retired, all right."

I find it very strange that someone with this background would even want to talk to reporters or want to be in the public eye.

Something smells a bit fishy here.

Nice of you guys to do do publicity for this guy's book, Fat lot of information you got out of him tho. Live in Washington a while and you realize it's a lot like Hollywood - full of nepotism and golddiggers. But he might have learned about blood feuds from reading Romeo and Juliet. BTW, you have to look over your shoulder and everywhere else no matter who you are, or where you drive in Washington, because no matter what you're doing a dozen other ppl are trying to do the same thing.
