- 8. Dr. Mercola is NOT a fraud, he has helped thousands of people regain their health where conventional medicine has failed. He is dedicated to treating people holistically instead of just dangerous pharmaceutical drugs....which I gather from your remarks, is probably all you and "your MD friends" believe in. Go ahead -- stick with those "modern medicine" drugs where 100,000 people a year die from -- and keep injecting yourself with mercury and aluminum filled flu shots year after year after year. We'll see how healthy you are in about 20 years....
9. You are wrong, wrong, wrong. There are MANY children WHO HAVE RECOVERED FROM AUTISM. They got the heavy metals removed from their bodies and recovered. You can see many before and after videos online of this. And your "insert jenny mccarthy crap here" is just so unoriginal and boring. It is so easy for you pro-pharma folks to go after Jenny McCarthy because she is... Jenny McCarthy. But you know what? Take away the playboy centerfold, and you have an intelligent, compassionate, brave courageous woman who did not accept her child's diagnosis...she FOUGHT and RESEARCHED and found the right doctors, got the right supplements, diet and treatment and with biomedical intervention she was able to bring her son BACK.
10. Wow, that's an interesting statement. A person was alive, they get the vaccine and die....but no it wasn't necessarily the vaccine!! Yes, I understand that there may be genetic predispositions....but that does not take away from the fact that there is inherent risk with vaccines and that healthy people DO die from them. My own pediatrician had two healthy babies die in his practice within 24 hours of receiving their shots. Look at the young women who were alive and healthy and died from the Garadisil vaccine.

How about the children who weren't able to excrete the mercury from all their shots from their bodies naturally, and once they went through chelation and got it removed.... they lost their autism diagnosis. 12. According to national statistics, the rate of autism is now what, like 1 in 100 for boys? Something like that? And for THOUSANDS of children to go through Homefirst unvaccinated and not have any autism...... hmmm..... there just might be a correlation there. And for your information, congress is finally working on a bill that would , FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, study the health outcomes of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children...AND Homefirst and the Amish community are the two groups THEY ARE GOING TO USE FOR THIS STUDY. This is something that should have been done YEARS AGO.... the drug companies of course have never done this study because they know the answer.... UNVACCINATED children are going to show to be healthier. - 6. "Frivolous lawsuits"? Is that what you call them? If you had a child that had their health damaged from a thimerosal-containing vaccine, I don't think you would be calling it "frivolous." These are CHILDREN and HUMAN BEINGS we are talking about. Our government has paid out over 1 BILLION DOLLARS to vaccine-damaged families. Did you know that? But oh yes, these vaccines are safe, aren't they?! And the rider they tried to hide in the Homeland Security Act was there because our government KNOWS they screwed up years ago when many more of the vaccines on the schedule contained thimerosal, not just the flu shots. In fact, in a secret CDC meeting with officials where the transcript was obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, the scientists said this:

First, for two months of age, an unspecified developmental delay, which has its own specific ICD9 code. Exposure at three months of age, Tics. Exposures at one, three and six months of age, the entire category of neurodevelopmental delays, which includes all of these plus a number of other disorders." [I for one would certainly be interested in knowing what all those "other disorders" were... although I have a very good idea!!! Note that, at least in my opinion, although those attending the meeting varied greatly in their "concern", the population sample used in this study, in my opinion, could only be described as very "white washed". When you don't want to see "a link", as clearly stated in the Simpsonwood transcripts, the children you allow in your study will certainly impact the results!]
Dr. Bernier, pg. 113: "We have asked you to keep this information confidential. We do have a plan for discussing these data at the upcoming meeting of the Advisory Committee of Immunization Practices on June 21 and June 22. At that time CDC plans to make a public release of this information [THIS WAS SEVERAL YEARS AGO FOLKS!!!], so I think it would serve all of our interests best if we could continue to consider these data. The ACIP work group will be considering also. If we could consider these data in a certain protected environment. So we are asking people who have a great job protecting this information up until now, to continue to do that until the time of the ACIP meeting. So to basically consider this embargoed information.
Dr. Johnson, pg. 198: "This association leads me to favor a recommendation that infants up to two years old not be immunized with Thimerosal containing vaccines if suitable alternative preparations are available. I do not believe the diagnoses justifies compensation in the Vaccine Compensation Program at this point. I deal with causality, it seems pretty clear to me that the data are not sufficient one way or the other. My gut feeling? It worries me enough. Forgive this personal comment, but I got called out a eight o'clock for an emergency call and my daughter-in-law delivered a son by C-section. Our first male in the line of the next generation, and I do not want that grandson to get a Thimerosal containing vaccine until we know better what is going on. It will probably take a long time. In the meantime, and I know there are probably implications for this internationally, but in the meantime I think I want that grandson to only be given Thimerosal-free vaccines." [In other words, all of us at this meeting could make an informed decision for our loved ones, but, we'll just keep all this to ourselves and let those "other kids" get these mercury-laced vaccines even though we knew there were some major and statistically significant concerns here!!!]

7. On adjuvant squalene: It is NOT safe when injected directly into the bloodstream:

1. Yes, I know there is a mercury-free version. My point was, why has our country continued to allow mercury in ANY vaccines to begin with? Many countries have banned the use of mercury in vaccines. Mercury is a known neurotoxin more dangerous than lead. It should not be in ANY vaccine. The media and the CDC are not warning pregnant women about the mercury in the flu shot and H1N1 shots. They are not informing the masses to ask for the thimerosal-free shot. THIS IS A STORY IN ITSELF, when other countries have BANNED THIS.

Yes, you are nitpicking and it is only because you do not have enough useful information and are trying to make the uninformed person who comes to this site think you are the expert to be trusted when in fact you have an obvious bias.

3. To say this vaccine, even though not proven safe for fetuses, should be safe because the other flu shots supposedly are...that is ludicrous. Show me the research that flu shots are safe for fetuses. It says RIGHT ON THE MANUFACTURER's INSERT that it is NOT KNOWN whether the vaccine can harm the fetus. AND, THE MSDS SHEET STATES THAT FETUSES AND CHILDREN EXPOSED TO MERCURY CAN RESULT IN MILD TO SEVERE MENTAL RETARDATION. And your point is...???

- The reason we don't want to get vaccinated is because of the LONG-TERM effects of any vaccine. No one really knows what that is. One example is the many forms of auto-immune disorders such as Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis. Do the doctors know anything about what causes these disorders? Until they do, how can anyone say for sure that vaccines are safe?
And as far as hinting to the fact that I have chosen to not vaccinate because of talk-news, is very insulting. Believe it or not, I do have a brain of my own. We all need to unite and fight against this bill, for they have already started action against those who advertise something natural to ward off serious complications of getting or having the flu. This bill means that since THE GOVERNMENT HAS ALREADY deemed this phony national emergency a matter of national security, they can now shut down those on the internet who opposes the lies and misinformation they are telling us. If you happen to believe what they are telling you, as Americans who support freedom of speech, you would not want the internet controlled this way. TheY has come to realize that the only thing that can expose their lies and stop them doing great harm is by the internet, which lets people know the whole truth about what they are not telling them.
As I have been saying all along, there is something much bigger at stake and we need to recognize it; for only we can prevent a major misdirection from happening in our country.

- Showing the sick student without mentioning that he had a MRSA infection to begin with makes me wonder who owns the show 60 minutes. Vaccines cause Micro-Vascular strokes as proven by Dr. Andrew Moulden. Vaccines also cause auto-immune disorders. Vaccines are the quackery of modern medicine. Mass vaccination programs not only fail to protect the population from infectious disease, they actually accelerate the spread of disease in many cases. Vaccines will be proven in the future to be responsible for all modern diseases. Shame on 60 minutes for doing a poor job at research and investigation. Looks like we know who owns the program: Big Pharma.

- Sam Goldstein was one of the few who died (Jan 1977) from GBS that he contractd from the original swine flu shot in 1976. Please see CBS3 for a report that they did on the swine flu and Sam's story. He was a para-olympian (he represented the USA in the 1964 Tokyo Para-Olympics), a loving husband and father. I watched him die a slow and painful death for a month.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) alerted the public about the possible health effects associated with thimerosal-containing vaccines.
apbt55 if you are a scientist you must know as I do that the 2005 study, which everyone is quoting focused on mercury distribution, but it did not examine the effect of low doses of thimerosal on developing mice. The data also varies from that of adult mice, suggesting that the uptake and metabolism of mercury differs in adult and postnatal mice. The results vary greatly from what the news reported and what those online have said about the study. We all need to stop letting someone else do our thinking? it does not support that mercury in vaccinations is safe; rather the reality is it had strong implications for the regulation of thimerosal in vaccines. Since then no extensive toxicological studies have been done using humans and it is still being used in many inoculations. If you want to hang yourselves on that study, then hang you must!
A later test results in 2006 reported in the JOURNAL OF APPLIED TOXICOLOGY showed that the level of mercury was higher in the liver and kidney of the inorganic mercury group than in the thiomersal exposed group. However, THE BRAIN AND BLOOD CONCENTRATIONS OF MERCURY WERE HIGHER IN THE THIOMERSAL EXPOSED GROUP. This test proves nothing but to contradict any fanaticized conclusions of the 2005 test. Neither test makes a valid argument or proves anything; they just show the need for more testing.
Both methylmercury and ethylmercury distributes to and through out all body tissues and crosses the blood-brain barrier. Experiments indicate that thiomersal rapidly dissociates to release ethylmercury after injection; which is similar to equivalent doses of ethylmercury chloride. However none of that changes the fact that Thiomersal is very toxic by inhalation, ingestion, and in contact with skin and becomes more dangerous with cumulative effects. When applied to human nerve cells it changes cell membrane and induces cell death. In the body it is metabolized or degraded to ethylmercury and thiosalicylate.
Ethylmercury clears from blood with a half-time of about 18 days, and from the brain in about 14 days. Inorganic mercury metabolized from ethylmercury has a much longer clearance, at least 120 days.
Here again, it is very easy to have let the Pharmaceutical industry lead our thinking with half truths through the use of the media and government abuse of laws and incomplete information. We live in an artificially created reality that is very desirable to believe in, and if you do not follow the prescribed treatment, you won?t have to worry about the flu, just the lost of civil rights and freedom. - Reply to this comment
