- Uh, hey "hautemess"...I highly doubt that Anna is your "homegirl," as you so confidently write in bold letters. Do you seriously think for one second that Anna will give you the time of day? ... and respond to you hollering, "homegirl" to her?
I do NOT think that Anna has affected my life or others at all. She has affected those lives who volunteer to be under her influence. Those that are in high fashion, those that work for her. You can love her, but know she could not care less about you. And I don't think she's up for any humanitarian awards or Genius awards or Nobels.
And you're missing the point, this isn't about jealousy (laugh). To throw "you're just jealous" kinda proves how lame your argument is. - Reply to this comment
- Anna Wintour needs to come off "her planet" and join the real world. I've been reading Vogue since I was 15. Vogue has not kept up with the times, and definitely not the current time we're in. $1,200 for a dress is reasonable? Give me a break. I make a good living and I still can't afford anything that magazine is promoting. She really has no clue how the real world lives. I no longer read "Vogue" as the publication has begun to upset me. There are many more important things going on in the world then this fantasy land she calls a magazine! I want to see clothes we can actually afford AND wear!

- I can't believe I am even taking a moment to write this... I have no idea who this person is and I don't care. I don't think there has ever been an interview I have cared less about. Are people actually still making magazines :) ?

I wonder how much she paid these people to post positive things about her? It's amusing to say the least. The fashion industry doesn't influence anyone except the vacuous empty shells it claims to serve. People think they need fashion. If the money spent on this worthless industry was spent on caring for others and improving the lives of normal people with real needs, then that would be a show to watch. It's repulsive to watch a runway show with starving bony women with ribs and shoulder bones poking out, looking like they need to be hospitalized. A fitting reflection on the industry though; starving and weak. - Reply to this comment

I'm FAR from jealous. I'll take my honest, non-pretentious, non-pompous existence any day over that weirdo. Mediocracy is highly underrated. - Reply to this comment

- Anna is disgusting. I wonder how many animals had to be killed just for her bloody costumes for tonight's program. Her encouragement for the rich to flout the killing of thousands of helpless creatures should land her in the hottest spot hell has to offer!

- All you cadavers at 60 minutes have become a DISGRACE to the public media.
I refrain from calling you 'journalists', because you are far from anything resembling that occupation.
Tonight's program was just one more in an attempt to keep your revenue coming in and also to provide your sycophantic support of our guv'mint WAR CRIMINALS and fashionista pimps.
Morley Safer is as pathetic as is his addiction to cigarettes, which should have killed him long ago. How about a segment on that?
Mike Wallace was the greatest embarrassment to 'TV journalism' as anybody ever to appear on a cathode ray tube. I'm sure you put some Disney audioanimatronic devices in him and propped him up with some bracing apparatus for his last twenty years.
Katie Couric, and your other newest additions are nothing more than media ****** who will say anything on the public air waves to further their careers.
Scott Pelly is at the top of that pathetic pack. His 'interview' with Amadinajad was the most outrageous SMEAR I've ever seen.
Take 60 Minutes OFF THE AIR and deposit it in the TRASH HEAP of Television Mistakes and Frauds.
Sincerely, I remain repulsed by your continued pathetic offerings,
Cedric Ward

- 60 Minutes, very disappointing that you would interview this myopic, fashion magazine editor. Had you selected the politically-astute, visionary, socially-conscious Graydon Carter, whose magazine's clever fashion focus is a smooth front --- complemented by the most scintillating, news-worthy, in depth reporting of truly valuable news stories. This woman's magazine is silly in comparison to the brilliance of the fashion-juxtaposed-worthwhile-stories of Graydon Carter.

- What a waste. People are losing their homes, they are unemployed, can't feed their families and this women is promoting a fantasy world. Give me a freaking break!! Clothes made by people possibly making minimum wage and barely able to survive. Please 60 minutes, enough!!
