- Well before they close the comments area for this.
Lets vote if the loop hole should be closed:
Oh yeah Canadians can not vote in Virginia or in the Untied States.
OK they can say present. If it makes them feel better. That you erasmus111.
I vote no.
Wow that was like voting for cabbage. Because the 2 amendment can't be voted in or out.
Do I need a back ground check for that cabbage, Oh not if I do loophole. ar..ar..ar..{laughing like a Canadian}
erasmus111, I do know Canadians that do think they should ease up the gun laws in Canada. And your City's are not always the safest places to be. I work for Bombardier aerospace. So you are not telling all the facts. Again. you cannot say WE ALL VOTED ONE WAY on your gun laws. - Reply to this comment
- I still say only extremists think that your right to own guns is going to be taken away. There are rules and restrictions to own and drive a car, so why not to own guns I just get the NRA people and their thinking. You can still own guns, you just need to fill out some paperwork like you do to have the right to drive a car. Or do you drive a car without a license and insurance.

- Your information relative to buying firearms in VA is misleading and incomplete. Federal law prohibits the sale of firearms by individuals in any state to non-residents of that state, in this case VA. If sales are being made to residents of other states, either in the show or in the parking lot, they are in violation of federal law and subject to prosecution. Closing the "loophole" will not stop this if someone wants to illegally transfer a weapon by simply stepping into the parking lot. Why doesn't the federal goverment just enforce the laws we have?

- You are free to die with out any help. 2000 medical refugees in the State of Nevada. Is that freedom? 10,000 Americans have die in a year with out any proper access to health care. Is that freedom. People lose there homes over medical bills. Is that fredom. Corporate Lobbyist's control D.C. Is that freedom. So when is the last time a Congressman invested in to Americans. The greed of guns money and just control of the wealth of this is Nation is beyond the average American to be able to control it for some one trying to pay there own bill for that freedom. So what is freedom?

I just said what freedom is. Didn't you read my posts? I commented on your disgusting health care and the fact that you can lose your homes. I said that I didn't classify that as FREEDOM. - Reply to this comment
- To erasmus111. It is not layiness. You misssed the point and issue. Freedom from frear. And the ignorance that creates it for profit over freedom. And freedom is only what you invest in. You are free to die with out any help. 2000 medical refugees in the State of Nevada. Is that freedom? 10,000 Americans have die in a year with out any proper access to health care. Is that freedom. I'll answer that for ya. It's called being LAZY. For two years I listened to people b*tchin' and complainin' about everything. I asked them why they didn't write their congress or whatever, and they told me it was because no one would listen. Well, that may be true, but I bet no one even tried.
"So what is freedom?"
I can answer that too. Freedom is not having to have a gun strapped to your side to protect yourself, because there isn't anything to protect yourself from.
Freedom is being able to write your government and tell them what you want and they listen! It's having health care for everyone. No worries about being taken for a ride by insurance companies and drug companies. No worries about losing your home and everything you own if you should get sick. - Reply to this comment
- The government would not have that much control if the people were able to be armed.

Here, the people have the say. The government works for US.
Can't say the same for your government though, can you? Or at least not before Obama.
Bush didn't listen to the people at all. You guys had no say.
This is 2009, and it's unbelievable that a country such as the U.S.A. has people dying from lack of health care. It's unbelievable how much racism there is. I couldn't believe it when I read that black people had to live in their own neighborhoods. You guys are still living in the dark ages! So I guess with you guys still running around with guns and shooting people just proves that point. You are actually like a 3rd world country. - Reply to this comment
- I find that fragmented labeling of people, comments and ignorance is appalling. What is the issue. Distraction of responsiblity. I am a proud and responsible gun owner. But I am not a member with the NRA. Why, you ask? I talk about responsible gun control on greed. The NRA is not for the right to bare arms. They are a direct lobbyist tool of the gun manufactures for profit and greed. The Mexico question is true. Our family, was raised with guns. Shown to respect them. Follow safty protocols while hadling them. But what I see is ignorance and using fear as a weapon for profit over responsiblity for gun ownership. I think it is sad that 10,000 Americans have died with out any access to health care. We had a Boston tea party protest for tax day. And still nothing happens. You talk about rights. But none of you, take the responsibility and go to Washington D.C. to protest in the millions, about the basic needs and rights for all Americans. I believe in the right to bare arms. But not to abuse of the privilege for the greed of profit over humanity. There are gun laws that are not enfroced. Because it is not funded properly or regulated. You should find out why. A licence, registration to drive a car is a privilege. And can be taken away, when you are stupid. What has the NRA done to help stop this carnage of violence with fire arms. Nothing. The NRA is like a AIG. A bad investment in the freedom of fear that they help to create for the gun manufactures, for that profit of greed. Here we all are at the cross roads of freedom. But the people that complain, never invest in to freedom. But create ignorance of fear to keep this nation fighting amongst them self's. And not staying the corse of true investments in to this nation. We have bailed out the greed of wall street. But we the people failed, for our own lack of involvement in this issue. The market is still unregulated. Hedge funds can still create rumors to manipulate market values. And still no one has marched on to Washington D.C. Why? You have all the guns! But we kill are neighbors over a parking space. So what is freedom? What are your four basic freedoms? Freedom and responsiblity for that freedom is a privilege. And you let the lobbyist's help deregulate our freedom for a bonus. And still your distracted by ignorance and the greed that controls it.. Think on that. Or do you need a price tag for your freedom. Until you take that responsibility for that freedom, that our fore fathers died for in the begining of this great Nation. The two and basic freedoms that you have lost. The freedom form frear. And Taxation with no representation. And still you do not march. The profit is your own freedom to keep.

- I say Dakfur is a large gun crime Country .
Posted by azthinker at 8:11 PM : Apr 16, 2009
Dakfur? Hahaha!
Anyways, we are talking about CIVILIZED countries. Typical gun lover to bring up something that hasn't anything to do with what we are talking about.
"....you fell for the anti gun propaganda you gov. helped pump out therefore everyone voted on guns."
You are proving my point that gun lovers are ignorant morons.
If I wanted a gun, I could get a gun. The difference is that we have very strict laws. Not any whack job can walk off the street and buy a gun like you can. There is a process you have to go through to get one. It isn't easy to get one, and that is the way it should be. You have so many looneys running around with guns, the streets are unsafe. You have to be careful just going out into your yard. You never no if your neighbor is going to shoot you for letting off fireworks or something. Remember that story? About the guy that was letting off fireworks in his yard and the neighbor got pissed and came out and shot him? For all we know, you could be one of those whack jobs. - Reply to this comment
