That interviewer was an arrogant snob. Was he ASSuming something by that? President Obama was gracious in his responses. Hard questions do not have to be presented in such an disrespectful manner.

NO interviewer ever asked a president (ex or sitting) such a condescending question or had such an attitude of disrespect. That reporter is just an old journalist (NOT anything special or challenging there really !!!!)

WHAT was the purpose of his attitude toward our commandar in chief?? No one ever asked BUSH if he was punch drunk (or drinking again.)

This is the most thin skinned administration ever. They get roiled up anytime anyone has anything remotely negative to say. You'd think they would have more important things to do than obsess over Limbaugh, Santelli, Cramer, etc. Relook at those questions from last night, you could have answered them. I posted the paragraph below earlier today. Can you or anyone else answer these questions?

No questions on a $10 trillion deficit over the next 10 years. No questions on an energy plan that just says "go green". No explanation on how we're going to keep gas prices from going to $5 gallon and electric & gas bills reaching record highs over the next couple years. No questions on why already record education dollars aren't getting results and how Obama's program will. No questions on passing spending bills that congressmen haven't even read. No questions on how lower federal income taxes for 95% of the people means anything if people are paying higher gas, electric, cigarette, alcohol, investment, state, etc bills/taxes. In an era transparency, just show the d*mn birth certificate and let's see Obama's donor list. Just softball questions (Gee, did you have a nice swing set when you were young) from a softball media swimming in the Obama tank. As for Republicans, losing all sense of fiscal conservatism/responsibility opened the door wide open for the Dems to push their socialist agenda. Let's get rid of all of them.

The question Steve Kroft SHOULD have asked: Hypothetical situation: The CIA has learned that a dirty bomb is set to go off in a major U.S. city within 24 hours. If the bomb goes off, thousands of Americans will die or get seriously ill. They pick up a terrorist who has knowledge of the plot. The CIA should (a) read him his Miranda rights and let him contact his attorney, (b) give him a hot meal, appeal to his humanity and hope he gives up the information (c) play rap music in his cell non-stop and hope he'll eventually break down, or (d) get out the blow torch and pliers. I could not be more surprised and disappointed at Steve Kroft's unfriendly interview with President Obama. Regardless of Mr. Kroft's political positions, he owed our President the courtesy of a smile during the interview. He acted more like an interrogator than an interviewer. President Obama is such a friendly and likable man, open to whatever criticism is thrown his way. He should be respected for that at the very least. Steve Kroft has lost credibility with me.

Barack's interviews are not going to get easier, the questioning has just begun so you better toughen your skin. I didn't vote for Barack, and I'll give him more credit if he does take the "tough" interviews and yes that means non-smiling ones too. What is it about Obama supporters where they want to "mother" him and protect him, he's a big boy and doesn't need the "kid gloves".

Something told me you would be: ?CROWING LIKE A ROOSTER? on the radio this am., after seeing how this AIG situation looked at the end of last week on Friday, 3/20/09.
Well Bill, myself as well as all of America know just what a mess George W. Bush left on President Obama?s desk on 11/4/2008. And we all know it is not going to be an easy task for him and his staff to sort through all of it overnight, because I am sure Pres. Obama is hit with one more problem everyday, that GW and other earlier predecessors left for him to straighten out in America?s interest everyday, constantly.

But President Obama will sort it through all, and just like some people did not think it was a possibility in hell for him to win the presidency, he did. and he will overcome each of these financial and world-wide problems also. Because America still has more confidence in him than that dottering, old John McCain, and his chosen running-mate, who never had a clue as to what a Vice President?s duties are. She was just going to go to Washington and ?shake up things up?. Neither of them had absolutely nothing to offer in regard to our nation?s present economic and/or global situations. They were, and still are a joke to say the least about them. ?Joe the Plumber, etc?., All I can say is: Thank You Lord, we didn?t get that crew.
Remember Bill, I was the listener that emailed you a few months ago, with a copy to CNN & staff about you being (2) Bill Bennetts, and your ?Jennifer Lopez comment? made over the radio back in October of 2008.
