The best the Republican Party can find is Jindal?

I hear you.

I have a deep feeling that things were not so rosy for Bobby in Louisiana as he is trying to lead us to believe.

Isn't it a sad commentary that in an increasingly diverse world Governor Jindal felt the need to turn his back on his culture and heritage to think himself "American" this is an insult to any thinking person and only helps me appreciate even more that President Barack Hussein Obama gave us the credit as intelligent people to embrace our differences and rise to the occasion.

This only further underscores the reason I could never be a Republican, the personal cost to me as someone who born outside the US but am now a proud citizen who embraces both sides of my personality, is way too high.

Boy, what one could say back to you about Bush and 2004!! All I heard from you GOP people were "Well, we didn't like him, but the Dems didn't give us another option."

How soon we forget.

"Under this plan, buyers would be able to borrow more than 100 percent of the purchase price of the house, and the FHA would insure the lender up to the full amount of the loan in the event of borrower default and foreclosure."

The Zero Down Payment Act of 2004, introduced by Rep. Pat Tiberi (R-OH), would require the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to offer federally insured mortgage loans to buy a house without a down payment.

Bush signed it into law!!!!

If you need to put 20% down to buy a house that ALREADY forces you to stay within your means.

It's time the GOP looked at their realities instead of their rhethoric!!!

greeneggs83 - Hey idiot! It was Bush and a Republican Congress in 2003 who signed a bill to get rid of requiring down payments to buy a house. If you want to complain about having to pay for someone's mortgage, blame yourself for voting for an idiot who thought buying a house should be the same as buying a sofa. That would be GW Bush.
