Not long ago, Rep. Ted Turner (R) was gushing 24/7 all over t.v. and the papers when he said "I was instrumental in getting this DHL hub to the people of Wilmington." DHL was awarded over $7.2 million in tax breaks, while Ohioans got the shaft. Ted where are you now? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...Please stop, you''re too frickin'' funny! After 43+ yrs in corporate America I can assure you the only time anyone bases decisions on profits is when times are tough.
