At best the supreme court will reverse the lower courr ruling and send it back to district court. It is highly unlikely the Supreme Court will ever see the birth certificate. - Reply to this comment

The fact that he expects people to look at an image is wrong. I have friends in the graphic design business and they said that image could have been altered. So I do not expect to use the image as an original

But he is making this way to hard for something as simple as this should be.
If people are still talking about this now, I don''t understand why it isn''t looked into more and cleared up.

Wrong again Indonesia like many other countries allow dual citizenship. There was a US Citizen that became a dual German citizen (without giving up US citizenship) and played for Germany in the Olympics in 2008 -- one of many such dual citizens playing in the Olympics over the years. - Reply to this comment

But the image prompted more blog-based skepticism about the document''s authenticity. And recently, author Jerome Corsi, whose book attacks Obama, said in a TV interview that the birth certificate the campaign has is "fake."
We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as "supporting documents" to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.
