TED TURNER made a statement that ALL CHRISTIANS WERE LOSERS. I understand that is why his marriage with Jane Fonda broke up - she became a Christian.
In spite of all his money & millions of acres of land, I think he is the biggest loser of all. JESUS SAID it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a RICH MAN TO ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. ...... Hopefully, he will get lonely & humble enough to forge a relationship with GOD who says HE WILL NEVER LEAVE HIM OR FORSAKE HIM!

What with the pending administration''s POV on increasing taxes, I as well as others may need experienced input on how not just to survive but thrive. Why doesn''t he stop feeling sorry for himself and spend some of his billions on providing direction on achieving the American Dream to the rest of the population in this country? We could all use good advice. He doesn''t need to give any of us a fish, but he certainly could teach us how to fish. Try getting your mind off yourself Ted. You would stop being lonely, you would assist those willing to learn and take action toward self reliance in keeping big government out of our homes and wallets, and you would be too busy sustaining America''s greatness to spend time listening to coyotes.....There are still Great Generations to come who are willing to work hard and appreciate achievement. I''m just sayin''..

Poor Teddy. He probably makes more in one day than I''ll make in a few lifetimes. I also have two adult children and five grandchildren living with me.

If he likes, I''ll send them to live with him. He can afford it. He''ll never be alone again, though he''ll want to be.

Call it redistribution of wealth.

to yourpoints is, 2.5 acres? Man, I am lucky to have my 0.2 and home paid for. And Turner''s land may have more gophers or whatever than anything else. It comes from who you are. I would rather have 1 acre with nice hardwoods than a 100 with grasslands. Oh and I understand he may still be rich, but nothing like he was before. And I do not hear him complain (recently) about giving an honest share to others (i.e. via taxes).

This ThatGuy56 poster...Sir, you need help. You need to grow up, Jesus did not die on the cross for you to be a lazy person. You are accountable for your actions. You are accountable for your life. This "I don''t have to do anything, it''s all in Jesus'' hands" is a major cop-out. He died for our sins. He didn''t give him self up for you to blame everyone else or be a irresponsible for your life.

Turner. Well, I never like the prices he charged for the cable, but I never dispised his wife either. IN terms of the recent political game, his really is an American Maverick. Odd, yes. But has some good ideas, like raising buffalo for food. I was a kid some 40 yaers ago and that had been proposed, but no one wanted to get the job done. And frankly, he is too old to be shopping around for hotties. He is acting his age to some extent, good for him.

Ahh, Ted Turner and Jane Fonda -- there''s a couple of miserable, thoroughly unlikeable twits who truly deserve each other. But do we really need "special interest" stories about this numbnuts billionaire''s inability to get a piece of *** to accompany him for an overnighter at his prairie-land chateau?

We don''''t so much resent the people who are wealthy, we resent the people who have hurt others to get wealthy.

That was such a truthful statement it needs repeating multiple times. Thank you for saying it!!!

Ted, I only have $657.00 a month to make it in this world. But I do it. I used to be in management. Have a great paying job. But I got sick. There went my great job and my great husband of 25 years. i didn''t sat around and feel sorry for myself. I met some special adults. I take one of them [Richard] dancing, bowing, out to eat, church, what ever makes him happy. So now I am his Me Maw. You can''t buy that kind of love. Then I go to the nursing homes and read to men and women that don''t that don''t had a family. so So Ted I don''t feel sorry for you at all. Yes I get losesome for a good man. But they are all gone. Now I just put a smile on someones face and it bless my heart. I am a 57 young woman. God be with you.

There''s a tremendous number of people who resent and detest anyone who has become wealthy because of their hard work, determination, drive, risk taking, etc. Those that are resentful are real losers who are envious of success because they''re totally incapable of achieving it within their own puny little lives, no matter how that success may be defined.

Wow! I have never seen so many negative comments before. Is this the direction so many of you are headed. ***, I feel sorry for you. Build your homes with shutters and please keep yourselves locked inside. The world will be a better place without you!
