We need to re-look at our evidence laws. Regardless of how the evidence against the criminals was obtained, if it was real and sufficient for a conviction the criminals should be prosecuted. There is a similiar precendent in Mich. [I believe it was Mich.] where the cops burst into the wrong house to find a fellow sitting on his couch in his own living room about to ''light one up''.
The cops arrested him and the courts let it ''stick''.
