I filed a complaint with CBS this morning for libel- making a *criminal* accusation against someone is where the line is drawn, call me an azz, stupid, evil or whatever I dont care, but cross the line into a criminal accusation and thats where I personally draw the line at this stupidity.

I don''t blame you. It''s one thing for him to spout his ignorance, but it''s another to post false and dafamatory information. He should be banned permanently from this website. If he''s not more careful, he could find himself on the wrong end of a defamation suit.

TruthWord08, only true cowards attempt to use fear and threats in order to get people to agree with them. Look within yourself and ask what it is that you are so afraid of. I am willing to bet money that you use these fear tactics with children too, which is really shameful, trying to scare them with hell, fire and damnation. It''s nothing short of child abuse. He did, again, I reported his libelous post in which he made *criminal* accusations of hacking into his account here, I suspect CBS has rec''d other complaints besides that.

Ive said that numerous times, but Rick doesnt seem to notice the title "cbs NEWS" and claims its free-speech. This is a news and weather site of course, but you''d never know it.

The trouble with people like Rick is they dont know what the word *NO* means, like a rapist they take ''no, STOP'' as YES! MORE!! they will sit there pounding away at people over and over and over hoping to break them down or something, it''s insane!

I have to agree with honestabe8 -- rick shouldnt make false accusations against people and then run away like a coward. He still has yet to show us a single example of the criminal conduct he has alleged. The guy is either paranoid or a complete liar, and probably both.

I suspect his original account was closed since he hasn''t used it in a while and came back with a variation on the spelling, then he vanishes for 3 days and pops up on Easter Sunday like a resurrected gezus and starts posting as TruthWord08, so put two and two together and Im sure CBS is as sick of him and his 40 complaints he made one night as we are.

I have no problem with people''s beliefs, believe in whatever the hel1 you like, but keep it in YOUR house, dont be foisting it off on me everywhere I go, in my laws, my Government, my State Constitution, my schools, my courthouse, library or hotel room!

Its not that he expresses his opinion, he slams his opinion and beliefs into everyone''s face repeatedly in every thread having anything to do with death, accidents, religion, beliefs and pretty much anything else.
He threatens people with statements like "youd better come to the lord before its too late" and slams anyone who doesnt believe in his brand of Santa Claus.
He posted his real name in here as well as his email address and then when people repeated those he claims he is being ''stalked'', the whole thread here has turned into a whine-fest about HIM now. The article is about a FAKED box found under fraudulent means in an antique store, it will be proven a fake just like the first one with the exact same discrepancy in the inscription in 2003.

You''re not paying attention. He has accused us of criminal activity. He as accused at least some of us of being literally as bad as rapists, murderers and pedophiles. He needs to leave us alone.
