Dire times in Iraq indeed! What about elsewhere like in Africa where Jehovah''s Witnesses were raped and forced to walk around with nails in their feet or Florida where Gideons were incarcerated for handing out Bibles? When Christians are wrong they should be punished but, the above instances didn''t justify such. That was persecution pure and simple. Democrats attacking evangelical Christians is another example of this. Something needs to be done about Christian persecution worldwide not just in Iraq.

Amazing that someone as purely evil as Saddam was actually a greater defender of civil rights than the current regime. The evangelical warhawks are just like the liberal-academics, quick to believe in the goodness of violence.
