- I found the interview of Helen Mirren by Morley Safer the most entertaining and insightful I'd seen in a long while. Dame Mirren was not shy about correcting Mr. Safer's observations about her when she found them in error. And certainly the last scene on the English beach in the setting sun was evocative. As an English immigrant to the US in 1977 in my early 40s I found much to connect to, my mother and stepfather having operated a kiosk in Southend-on-Sea briefly and having grown up in a seaside town on the south coast. I was surprised by her humble beginnings and pleased by her success after a difficult early career. Thank you, 60 Minutes!

- Fabulous interview . . . such warmth on Morley's part. The walk away into the sunset of these two old gems was memorable. Dame Helen doesn't let anyone get away with anything. She isn't afraid to speak up. One of the best interviews I've seen in some time. Many thanks.

- I loved the interview with Helen Mirren; she is one of my favorite actresses and I enjoyed having the opportunity to learn more about her and to see her personality. What I hated, however, was the incredibly intrusive, old-fashioned and sexist question of whether or not Ms. Mirren regretted never having children. Honestly, Morry, would you have asked a man that same question? Ridiculous and so unworthy of you!

- Helen Mirren is excellent and has not let Hollywood "affect" her like so many others. She is proud to be British and makes us proud to have her as one of our own. I hope Dame Helen is making some space on her mantlepiece for the Oscar that will surely be coming her way at the end of February.

- Dame Helen uniquely qualifies as a mirror of society into which we mortals can gaze and see a glimps of a world beyond our reach. She is not like us, nor we like her yet she brings us unabridged entertainment that we appreciate.

- Excellent interview.Exquisite subject.*** Dame.Observations on Morley?Morley was Gushing like a school boy in love for the first time.He was all dressed up,Laughs excessively at all her comments, he was all goowie goowie with stares,blushing here & there.Helen Mirren even cathed up with the flirtations as well, rewarding him with a propasal of 'Lets be do a nude interview'.Its charming to say the least,but very odd indeed.I mean-i see Morley in a different light after this hot sexed up interview! And who can blame him?Helen Mirren is a *** fox,despite being more than thirty years older than myself.

- I applauded to the TV when Dame Mirren said she absoultly did not regret not having children. In our society people tend to think you're either crazy or selfish or both for choosing to be "child free". I have always been a fan, no even more so. Thank you so much!

- As one who belongs to the "Helen Mirren Appreciation Society", I am thrilled to see her on "60 Minutes". As a 60 year old woman myself I think it's great that she still gets her "kit off" and looks so good doing it. I thnk I speek for everyone in the HMAS.

- I think Morley should do all his interviews in the nude. It would liven up 60 Minutes. Sometimes the show needs a little shot. That could be the answer. It would appeal to younger viewers!
