- I am the child of 2 Holocaust survivors. My mother was in Auschwitz, my father a prisoner of war in Siberia. Both have archived videos w/ the Shoah foundation, telling their stories.
The world will always want to deny things that are too horrible to face. And there will always be humans devoid of humanity, capable of atrocities. Unfortunately, I believe that there will also always be Anti-Semitisim.
When my daughter was 7, she asked me, "Why do ppl hate us? We're just like them!" This is a question I still can't answer.
In spite of what my mother lived through, she raised me to love humanity, and to not hate all Germans. I don't have to wish any kind of torment on Holocaust deniers because I know for a fact that they already live in Hell - inside their own heads. I thank G-d for my ability to have compassion for others, and to live in reality.
And as for Israel and Palestine: May the someday co-exist in peace and mutual acceptance. - Reply to this comment

- Thank you in the memory of my family who perished in Auschwitz and in the memory of all the Holocaust victims for showing this piece.
Please send it to iran prime minister and mel gibson; maybe that proof will make them realize that they in the wrong denying it the worst murder history in the world. Thank G-D you find these records before all the survivors are gone. It will be a relief for them to see that the world can't deny their ordeal.

- The fact that The Holocaust occured is impossible to deny. Those who deny it, simply want to repeat it.
However, as a person of Jewish descent, I am deeply disturbed at the way that Israel is treating the Palestinians. While I've met Israelis and Palestinians who are working together for peace, they are a small minority. Will the next generation be debating whether Rachel Corrie was bulldozed to death or it was a hoax?
The only way to honor the victims of fascism in the past, is to refuse to commit human rights violations in the present. Anyone who is engaged in human rights violations today, is desecrating and dishonoring the memory of those who died due to the human rights violations of The Holocaust.

Facts will not change the minds of hard-core deniers like David Duke, David Irving and Ernst Zundel. No matter what facts are unearthed, what documents are released, what excavations reveal, they will never admit to the slightest adjustment in their views. One must never forget that the former head of the "National Socialist White Peoples' Party," Harold Covington, said it quite plainly: "The real reason for Holocaust revisionism is to make National Socialism an accepted political alternative again." It's disgusting, but true.

- The facts are the facts... the information comes from the Germans not the Jews...
The Germans built five different crematorium and gas chamber facilities at Auschwitz, which varied in size. German officials said the smallest could burn 340 corpses a day and the two largest could each handle 1,440 corpses a day. - Reply to this comment
- Hopefully the "60 minutes" broadcast on holocast horrors and the Nazi documents being made public will reinforce the truth.It is sad to realize press freedom gives madmen the opportunity to publicly deny the existence of this terrible event. Scott Pelley might take this one step further. Challenge the President of Iran to visit the archives with "60 Minutes" coverage. He is probably disturbed enough to subsequently claim the archives are false.
