She sure as hell didn't feel 'bad' when she was living like a queen. I have no sympathy for her or anyone associated with her. To tell u truth, I dont have a lot of sympathy for the marks either. They all thought they were getting something for nothing and didn't really care much about the others who were getting scammed. A pox on all of em. And CBS should be embarrassed for even putting this on the air.

Ruth was so "paralyzed with shock" she ran out and withdrew 15 Million Dollars from their account(s) ???? So what did she do with that?? Also, later, Federal Investigators allowed her to keep 2 Million Dollars cash when they confiscated other Madoff assets. Tell me, what does two people do with 85 Billion Dollars??hats enough to support an army.

Enough with this stupid skank. Until she learns how to commit a proper suicide, she brings nothing to the table.

This is PATHETIC!!!!!!!
I'm disappointed that CBS would even consider putting them on tv or giving them this type of air time. They are being manipulated (again) by this family in order for the family to have personal gain!!!

What about those who lost EVERYthing. I know a few people who did. Not the big and wealthy lost millions type people, the little guys that had their meager retirement savings gone. Who will never write a book about their lives, or have a tv show put them on in order to sell the booklet they MIGHT write.

This is pathetic. And anyone who would purchase his book or watch the interview is probably of the type that is just looking for a training course on a ponzi scheme or worse, just naive.

But let's face it, if I had a nickle for every one of those people who WILL buy one of the books, the victims would probably get paid back.

Hey...maybe that's an idea Ruth Madoff....take the proceeds from the book you are pushing and pay back the victims! Righhhhhht! There isn't an ounce of right in that whole lot.

I have to stop watching CBS. CBS, lately you tend to be really scraping the barrel looking for ratings but this is not how you get ratings. What a waste of time with this stupid interview. The woman is only promoting her book and looking for sympathy. Is she getting paid for doing this interview? She is lying....half the things she seems not to be able to remember. What does she really remember? Ripping off all those inocent people while she and her family were living the high life.....she deserves everything she got and more. CBS, enough is enough with these stupid broadcasting and these stupd questions you tend to be asking during your interviews.

Features like this are a very good reason to not watch 60 Minutes! Is this intended to make us feel sorry for them? And how much did CBS pay this woman to do the interview? Good grief, no one cares about these people.

Typical American media ... the people who rape and pillage are bailed out and rewarded...and then you have the bad taste to interview and try to suck some kind of, what sympathy for this horrible person?!?
Who cares about her...was she thinking of committing suicide three weeks before her hosbands arrest when she ran to the bank to withdraw seven or nine millions dollars?
Who will you interview next Lucifer?
What extremely bad taste!!!!
