What do you mean by her having someone to confide in? I''m confused. Maybe if you talked to Susan more you wouldv''e realized what was going on in there relationship. What about her friend that use to sleep over in the room next to make sure that Jeff wouldn''t hurt her that night. I''m sorry for you that your mixed up in the situation because he was a friend, I know it hurts to lose someone that you care about. I do not know if it her pregnancy was planned but remember she was some months pregnant when they got married. Was that planned? Nobody but Jeff & Susan know that. She was home with the kids every single day being a mother & wife. Jeff worked 6 days a week and there were sometimes 10 hour gaps in the day were she could confide in someone? Anyone??? Because I knew Jeff much better than I knew her, I feel I can speak to Jeff''s character and what my beliefs are about his life and the awful, ugly way he was murdered. In the beginning I thought that posting on this site would give some closure after they ran the story but instead I feel the pain & rage again.

Susan''s husband really pushed her over the edge. Her big mistake was going back to him when the moving van showed up at her Mom''s house. She should have never gone back. All doors should have been locked and the police should have been called when the van showed up. She deserves a second trial and this time the jury should put themselves in her place. I was married to an extremely abusing man. But my son and I got out and never came back.

As far as him being tied up, I''m so with Susan''s story. Can you see a woman that is 100 pounds lighter than Jeff holding him still on a dolly. DEAD WEIGHT. I don''t think that Jeff is going to put bruises on Susan, if he''s smart, in places that are noticeable. They usually aim for the places that are covered by clothes. Of course she was acting like nothing was wrong on the phone to his mother. I believe that she was in that fog for a week and in such sock. I believe that he torured her so bad that she really thought that he was still alive and no matter what she did to him that he was still coming after her.

Of course I knew as well as the family. He had struggled with it from time to time. You''re right, nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors, however, not once did I or any member of the family see a dark side of Jeff or a bruise on her. If Jeff was abusing her after Bradley was born what the hell was she thinking of having a second child with him. The one true fact is that he was tied up & stabbed to death and buried in the back yard for a week. Do you see the major disconnect that is also known as Susan Wright? She was a very strange person back then but nobody could believe this. Are you aware that just hours after killing Jeff, she was on the phone with his mother acting as if nothing was wrong. That is a fact! I don''t want to argue with anyone, I just want people to know a bit more about Jeff and what was real and what was fabricated.

I believe woman are protectors. She may have a concusion, the Doctor may ask her how she got it and she will tell the Doctor it was her husband but, when he asks her does she want to report it she will say no, wanting to protect him. This is very strange because he is hurting her, but it happens. Everyone who knows the couple may think he is great, there is none like him but, she knows the truth.
