My thought is the parents did not show emotions at the press conference while asking for their daughters safe return.

The parents are guilty of the disappearance of their child, because it was written all over their faces.

The FBI had a gut feeling, and wanted to convict the parents.

The baby might have accidentally drowned in the bathtub or something, and as much as the two love one another, they covered up the accident, to protect the guilty party. Even if this happened they would have been crying at the press conference.

You know some couples make a decision to aboard a child during pregnancy, due to extra expenses; Could this have happened? They killed the child, because they would not be able to send this child to college.

I totally agree with you. There is no way to know anything for sure in the facts and interview with the Aisenburgs, but, for a PROSECUTOR to be so determined for his own personal gains as to lie to a judge to get a warrant. It is sad, as if losing a baby is not bad enough. If they had any sense, they should have been more covert about their hunch about the parents and continued to keep an open line of communication. Especially since the baby was already gone, it didn't seem like they posed a danger to society as the serial killers and pedophile do. They take too much time with those kind of cases! There needs to be public information available when someone in government is caught doing unlawful things, in the way of the steps that were taken to punish the prosecutor for doing something so stupid just for his own gain! What an idiot! Even the judge couldn't believe that That was the evidence and the witness was a sleazebag.

One thing that I just noticed when watching the show again, is on the 911 call, Ms. Aisenberg was asked if there are other children in the house, and she is heard asking (presumably her husband) "Is Monica there?" Wouldn't check on the OTHER kids BEFORE calling 911? Certainly doesn't prove guilt...but that struck me as being incredibly 'off'.

These two parents were completely unlikeable, especially the mom. She whined constantly! I think she thought it was convincing, I found it irritating and very grating. I lean towards guilt with them, but not entirely sure. Its just hard to imagine someone, even a friend, knowing their way around the house, in the dark yet. Very odd, but circumstantial.

I found it odd that during the 911 call the operator asked about the other children.Marlene had to ask Steve if Monica was still there.Would this not be the first place you would check if your infant was missing?(ie Monica picked up infant and took her to bed). Also would you not check to see if the other children were missing? IMO,her tears were phony, guilty as sin.

I think the parents have to know something. Or someone in the family that was real close to them knows something, it just seems to fishy that the parents don''t know a thing and did not wake to any unusual noises and the dog would have alerted them if it would have been a stranger. The parents just don''t seem to concerned anymore.

Perhaps more focus should be on someone who was already familiar with the Aisenbergs and their household since the dog never barked. Furthermore, the perpetrator(s) appeared to have located the baby''s room immediately without going to other rooms. Maybe someone who was unable to have children but admired the Aisenbergs and their baby was responsible. Were there any former friends or acquaintances who left the area soon after the time of disappearnce?

I don''t think the parents had one thing to do with the disappearance of this precious child. I hope they find her very soon. I don''t know that I could go on if something like this happened to my child.

I don''t know what to think about this case. I don''t have a concrete view on it at all. I just find them peculiar in their "body language", especially the mother, even today. Why after moving, still buying baby clothes, bears and all, it is kind of over the top a little. Makes me wonder, mystery is still there. I did not feel that way about the JBR case, I felt her parents were innocent immediatly. I just feel that someone hid in that house and waited for her. A pedophile was watching her and waited to pounce when people were unaware of danger, expecially at Xmas time. Hope someday it will be solved.
