When is CBS going to question the actions and behavior of the Police, the Prosecutor and the FBI in this travesty of justice? You have left us hanging to wonder how those charged to uphold the Law, can intentionally break it without fear of any reprisal or oversight whatsoever. How many other citizens do they abuse and torment in their blatant abuse of power? It is no longer a surprise to see Police kicking and beating someone who is trying to surrender as the the evening News records it on camera. The excuse for such frantic and emotional behavior is always "Police Protocol". Well change the "protocal". Profession Police Officers are expected to control their emotions in performing their duty. Otherwise, they are not much different than those they are charged to police.
If the Aisenbergs could have been imprisoned for 30 years for lying to the FBI, then why have the Police and the Prosecutors who lied to both the COurt and the FBI not been relieved from duty and formally charged with that same crime? We need some accountability from the Justice Department and our Lawmakers in Washington. Law breaking by our Lawmakers and Enforcers is becoming more of a problem than we can tolerate. You at CBS have the power of free speach as it was originally intended, to speak out and influence such abuses of power by those who are elected to govern us.

I can''t believe that the prosecutor and the FBI were so desperate to solve the disappearance of the baby that they lied and said that their wiretapping proved that the couple was lying. I Believe it''s gross negligence and wilfull and wanton disregard for the truth. It''s so embarassing to the good DA''s that this happened. I believe the FBI should be investigated and heads roll as well as the DA head should roll. Yes, it appears the way the couple was acting shows suspicion but people react differently. She said she was in shock and didn''t know how to react so she should be given the benefit of doubt. Her voice on the 911 shows panic but her news conference asking for the return of her baby did not show tears at all. But again people react differently. I thoroughly believe the couple are innocent. They showed so much love to their children. This is like the Jon Bent case where they wrongfully believe that one of the parent was involved and that the Benet''s showed so much love towards their daughter.
