- This case is eerily similar to a case that happened to my neighbor when I was a young man. My neighbor's son shot him one Sunday morning and my father was involved in subduing the killer who was sentenced to life in prison. When my father testified against him, he said he would kill all of us if he ever had the chance. In the 1980's we learned that he had been released from prison ( so much for the life sentence) and we always had nightmares that he would make good on his threat. These two are just as evil in this case. I truly hope that they will get significant sentences.
