- I say that he is not guilty of murder but a crime of sexy woman manipulation. I can hardly wait to see what her alibi was about where she was shopping and time frame for her. I also feel that there is another man involved in her sceme. She found a guy to frame and her real lover did the killing.

- Based on the show I don't think I could say that Eric is guilty. That being said I don't know what additional evidence was provided by the DA during the trial. I find it hard to believe that a jury would have convicted him on so little evidence.
