I am surprised no one seemed to consider that Arturo could have died as a result of passing out after he incurred a head concussion. I don't buy the suicide theory. I don't think Amanda committed premeditated murder, but it seems her actions (or her failure to act quickly) were definitely a contributing factor.

Am I the only one who wants the job of those two paid private investigators?! Spend 10 months in Brazil on expense accounts; blame the police for "botched" investigation OJ style; work 12 hours a day (hahaha!); ignore anything that points to him committing suicide; come back and give a press conference telling everyone exactly what the people who paid you wanted you to say; and the press conference is a national TV commercial for others who want similar expensive, one-sided grandstanding for their friends. What a gig! Those two "investigators" have got life figured out!

The man was not stupid, if him and his wife were not getting along, he would have left his money to his son. She had motive and means.

Watched the 48 hours segment on Mr. Gatti's death.

Both Auturo and his wife had a estranged marriage within itshelf, and violence committed by both was apart of this estrangment, untrust, shelfishness, power stuggles,

When you have drugs, alcohol, violence, shelfishness and a power struggle with a husband and wife, this is what happens, there's NEVER going to be a happy ending...and a suspicion death is not what no one involved wants, unless, you're just a evil person as husband or wife.

Could Mr. Gatti commit suicide? His brother saids yes, his friend said yes, because AFTER his son was born he talked about taking his life to certain people. Did Gatti's wife murder her husband? I say, most likely not. Was she shelfish leaving her husband on the floor? Yes! Mr. Gatti could have received his head injury earlier from the brawl he had with the locals that night.

I believe Mr. Gatti was in sound mind when he re-wrote his will, and left all that he owned to his wife. There's was a reason he didn't leave NOTHING to his family, other than his wife. By law Mrs. Gotti doesn't have to give anything to her in-laws. They're saying that SHE murdered their brother, Son.. Would you If you were accused? If I was accused I would have second thoughts.

All that I would hope for is.. Mrs. Gatti would not keep her son from his grandparents- Arturo's parents.. UNLESS, she felt.. is not in the best interest to her son- to have a continued relationship with Arturo's parents.

Arturo Gatti was a washed up boxer, with a career ending crushed ego from losing so many fights, developing the lowest form of self-esteem, embarrassed to be in public, his wife wanting out of his life from all of his physical and mental abuse, about to lose his most precious gift of his son, long time addicted to drugs and alcohol, with who knows how many demons taunting him constantly, living with unbearable pain from all the years of boxing, having two of his closest friends, and his older brother state he had mentioned wanting to commit suicide a number of times, was enough for me to definitely feel Gatti had killed himself. No doubt in my mind.

This is just another story of a famous person who fell from the lime light and ende up a statistic in coroners file cabinet. If all the atheletes who sold thier health for millions were to be truthful about using pain killers were to line up ? The line would circle the US and Canada. The p[eople who don't use pain killers or have nevr used them or sold thier health to the highest bidder such as footbal are so easy and self righteous to condemn people who do use them. I have used opiates for over twenty years .Does this make me a bad man? The Us govt. doesn't thinkso they provide them free of cost. I got injuries killing bad people who threatened the US and the constitution.I guess to some it is ok that I take them daily and some hourly until something happens to people like myself then the self righteous stick thier head out and say well he was pill junkie it was all his fault .For all of you with this mentality . Take my flag down from your yard and leave my country!

Gatti... what kind of man beats up on women?? One that is insecure...
He needed boxing to prove to himself he was a man but outside the ring he had many problems as a man, husband, father and citizen.
I feel sorry for only his son...growing up without a father... both Gatti and his wife were selfish... Gatti thought of himself, drinking, taking drugs, etc... his wife wants all of his money but will not give any to Gatti's family.... that means Gatti's parents will probably not be able to see their grandson as he grows up...sad...all because the wife wants all of Gatti's money... selfish... self centered... Everyone here is to blame for Gatti's death, Gatti himself, wife, family, friends anyone associated with him. NO ONE TRIED TO HELP GATTI... he needed help...
Watching Gatti's mother carry out her son's champion belt... yeah, that is all it was a belt....

Incredible case l hate that happened to him he was a good fighter with a champions heart - thats why l don't believe he killed himself he loved that lil boy when you constantly drink and do drugs you're trying to escape - you're miserable why were he and that girl always arguing? No man is gonna just up and hit no woman NONE also no man is gonna leave a happy home.

Whats never talked about is provocation - yes you should have control and not put your hands on them but some women can you to the point where you lose it no one lived with them 24 hours a day so we don't know - why he suddenly changed his will is another mystery - why is the wife fighting a settlement with the family? Why did the ex-wife up and say he was suicidal? He probably was depressed 'cause he chose the wrong women to be with - his current wife came off as street smart very slick - a quick mind - right before they go to Europe l can see her laying it on him thick "if this should happen if that should happen think about your son and me" he changes his will incredible cuts his whole family off - if his estate is $60 mil why not give his family $20 mil you could live comfortably off $40 million - may he rest in peace and this case will be looked into again and justice will be served>

His wife clearly said that when he returned to the room, she asked him, Arturo what happen to your neck, because she said she saw blood, and he had a gash that was bleeding, you would think that since she had knowledge of this, she would have been a bit more concerned when she had seen him laid out on the floor the first time she came down stairs.
