- It amazes me that nobody that made a comment has even read this article?Racist? White people blaming black people? All these cases are black people or hispanic? Maybe its because the majority of these crimes are commited by black people or hispanics right? Oh back too my point,In this case wasnt Graves accused by a black man (Carter)Not a white man? Are the prosecuters suposed to turn a blind eye to this?Intelligence...Use it.

- This is why Texas always has more people on deathrow than any other state. It is no telling how many other innocent people are sitting on deathrow or already been put to death by criminals who use the name " Prosecutor " to conspire to legally justify the killing of an innocent suspect just to please the public outcry for a quick apprehension and conviction of the real purpetrator. Obviously " Justice Texas Style " means murder innocent suspects also, but called it "legally put to death" by the court. But, no matter how Texas attempts to soften the discription of what their Prosecutor's actions were, it is still attempted murder under the disguise of performing his legal duty. The rat should be himself investigated to see if he may have conspired and knowingly sent other innocent suspects to their death or deathrow. If it turns out he did, then he should be convicted and sentenced to death just like he did to the innocent!

- I am very sick of learnibg so many prosecuters as well as distric attorneys who twist and turn and surpress evidence that would prove some ones innocence, and knowenly hide the truth, many times with the goal to get promoted, or personal predudice,I believe that when ever this type of action is proven that no matter were they are in there life they would get sentence srved the same amonut of time and punishment they willed on another, and with are tax money, this is a crime and why its not reconised I dont know o unserstand,we are not a civilised country as we pretends,we practice injustice on all kinds of levels.

- I was made well aware of all the conspiracy theorist out there when CBS posted an article on the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing tragedy. These people came out of the woodwork on everything from Tim McVeigh being a scapegoat to Vernon Wayne Howell, aka David Koresh being a pillar of the Waco community. It was very apparent these theorists only like to come to the defense of caucasian martyrs. Here's a little hint, if you want to find a real injustice and a real conspiracy, just start investigating what went on while Henry Wade was the Dallas County, Texas district Attorney for more than 30 years. So far, 17 men have been cleared in Dallas, that's more than most states. All were put on trial by prosecutors who worked for Wade. He never lost a case he handled personally. Turns out the record of Wade's office was too good to be true. And now, a new Dallas district attorney is focusing on the Wade legacy. It's a search for innocent men waiting to be exonerated. Looks like Somerville, Texas is no different.
Now here is another real conspiracy. If you dug deeper, I'm sure there are plenty more in Texas and other state. But alas they are mostly all Black and Hispanic victims. Guess that would take the fun out of it? - Reply to this comment

- To Richmond9924: As far as I can tell your post is the only one for the state of Texas. The rest of us got the story right. Witnesses against Mr. Graves have recanted their original testimony. There is no evidence against Mr. Graves. He was and is an innocent man, WRONGLY CONVICTED on FALSE TESTIMONY. As I stated, the state of Texas is the offender here, not Mr. Graves. Therefore, the technicality on his release papers for not paying him has no merit. The state of Texas owes him restitution for their wrong, PERIOD. END OF STORY.
Calling people IDIOTS for any reason, but especially for seeing reality as it is, is emotional abuse. If you want someone to consider what you have to say, you have to show respect for them as I am doing for you here. You didn't show us the same respect, since you called all of us idiots. - Reply to this comment
- no, its a truth, texans need to do whats right to shwo there are good people in texas. Your state screwed up and allow Charles Sebesta not to be held accountable. Shame on all Texans who do not do the right thing. You are whre you live and if you chose to live in a state who allows this to happen, then my friend you agree with your state who did this to an innocent man.

- Ok, I have read the entire Charles Sebesta website. He is sick in his head and even more in need of help then one can imagine. Kelly Seigler calls a spade a spade, did her homework and unfortunately for you Charles, you are lucky you are no on trial as Kelly would bury you in court. Again, one thing about Mississippi Burning is that one relied on their friends for their own cover-ups. All to similar. Given you choose to continue to lie I believe the Facebook community, Twitter and Google need to pull out all stops and go talk to your so called friends. Someone will crack and when that happens, do no look for mercy. You are not honest and look even more silly to have you SAVE MY REPUTATION WEBSITE. THe people have spoken and you are GUILTY! Let me put it another way for you Charles, we are only seeking 2011 justice as Mississippi justice is illegal. The best way to treat a liar like you is to continue to expose the truth. Do you really want people diving into your past, your family's past and more importantly going back to you so called Clan buddies who you say are your 5 witnesses you know. Clearly they lied for you as you had nothing. Again, Egypt came down by the youth of the country, by twitter, by facebook, etc. Do you really think you stand a chance against the power of the internet and us seeking the truth. A man is free but justice is not complete. Either go admidt your lies and seek compensation for your wrongfully accused or merely try and defend the truth coming out. most of it is there but soon we find the one who turns against you, who lied for you, who knew you covered it up. When this person comes forward, you will be on the wrong side of the law. Clearly lying under oath is a crime and I am sure there are alot of criminals who would love to welcome you to their cells, which is where you belong. Remove your website, it only make you look more pathetic then you already are at this stage.
