- I can not possibly understand how you could find Casey "not guilty" with the circumstances of her not reporting her daughter missing, until she had to, and partying like nothing had happened, and looking up items on the internet related to getting rid of her daughter, and finding Caylee's decomposed body, so close to her parents house. I agree with the prosecuting attorney, that no one else could have killed Caylee but her mother, with alll of the evidence they had pointing directly to the mother, and the motive of Caylee interferring with her mother's single life style of partying. Casey is a mental case, who needs to be put away, and never able to have any children.

- First of all I do think she is guilty No on just no would not tell anyone her daughter was missing after 30 days and party. Of course her DNA will be on Caylee she's the only one that touched her. All the lies she told. And how come they dont think anyone else is a suspect. They have been dragging this on for so long everyone has seen all that she has done. I just really feel that she has done it. I sure hope it doesn't turn out like OJ simson he walked. I know her parent don't want her put to death I can't even think of how I would feel if one of my sons killed their child I really don't know how I would feel toward them. Maybe she did it as a accident and won't own up to it. I lost my precious little girl to sickness a murder wow that's something else. I just hope she doesn't walk because of circumstance evidence for one the evidence just all points too her. I really looked at it on both sides but it just comes up SHE'S GUILTY. Casey just admit it as a accident but you did do it. please remember little Caylee this is for her don't let her little short life go in vain. God Bless caylee she is in heaven with my daughter and the angels.

- I don't think much of Linda Kenney Baden as an attorney. I think Casey Anthony is guilty and I hope she gets the death penalty, but that is my opinion. Linda Kenney Baden was Casey's attorney she shouldn't be giving her opinion and stating " She Lied" like it is fact. I hope she is disbarred for doing this.

- If Caylee was missing for a whole month - what was Casey doing all that time? For all the good mothers out there, I know that if my child was missing - we won't have waited one month later and stay she's missing! As a mother - NOT THE NANNY, you're responsible as far as your child's whereabouts! Personally, Casey is not the only one to blame for all this - her parents knew the way Casey was! If this was an acccident (which I don't think it was) - why go out partying when you should have been looking for your daughter and calling the police to report that your child is missing - not 1 month later! How "if she was a GOOD mother", is Casey going to explain not knowing where her daughter was or with whom (cause this nanny business was ********) for a WHOLE MONTH??!!! Poor Caylee - she didn't deserve having her life cut short for selfish reasons! RIP Caylee - you're in a better world now!

- There isn't any physical evidence linking her to the murder? There isn't any evidence that proves her innocence either. She was the last person to see her daughter alive; she did not report her missing for a month; and she invented a baby sitter she said she left her with. Now, if this woman is innocent, why all the lies and deceit? She killed her daughter. It may have been accidental, but she chose to cover up the crime by lying. She knew the area where she dumped the body would flood and inhibit the search. She waited a month for that swamp to flood before she reported her daughter missing. Why? To destroy evidence. Meanwhile, no other suspects have been named and if her daughter had been kidnapped, why wait a month to tell someone? She's as guilty as hell and deserves the death penalty. Lawyers are hired to get people off the hook. It's not about whether they believe she's innocent. They were hired to get her off the hook, period; so everything they do will be geared toward that result. All they have to do is plant the seed of doubt as to her culpability -- they don't have to prove she's innocent.

- "But now, nearly three years later, and for the first time, one
of Casey Anthony's former defense attorneys, Linda Kenney Baden,
concedes to "48 Hours" there never was a nanny.
"So she lied when she said the nanny kidnapped the baby?"
Roberts asks.
She lied. Sure," Kenney Baden replies. "I think everyone knows
that that was a lie. ...Her actions have been her own worst
enemy."
So, either Linda Kenney Baden has broken the attorney-client privilege and is now in the process of being disbarred, or she's just stating her opinion. If it's just her opinion, then it is meaningless...so how can she "concede" that it's true? This is sloppy journalism. Well, unless she's getting disbarred, that is.
So, which is it? - Reply to this comment
- Holidayburg Pa, after hours of questioning potential jurors
about their knowledge of the allegations Judge Tim Wilson
declared a mistrial,on a homicide case suspect Sean Allen.
numerous Newspaper and Television reports led to the
mistrial.it seems to me that it is a time to talk and a
time to shut the hell up.Casey Anthony trial is coming up.
with the help of the media and attorney Nancy Grace you
can just about come to a conclusion that a mistrial is
waiting are a high court will pick it up.

- Cindy says Casey was a good mother...really? Dragging her around to spend the night with various boyfriends, even having her sleep in the same bed,not to mention all the lying, and sealing from family and friends, makes her anything but a good mother. Cindy even complained to her own friends before Casey took Caylee out of the house that she was a horrible mother and she and George wanted to seek custody of the child.
Around her friends Casey put on an act, however, walking 15 feet in front of your child into a store is just another confirmation that she didn't care about her child's welfare. In front of a camera, same thing...Casey was as phoney as they come- take a closer look at the photos she shares with her daughter. She can get a fair trial. This focus jury only got to review what the defense wanted them to hear and see, and only 4 hours at best according to the program's documentation. And, lets not forget that those folks believe she was involved as well. If they had full access to all the evidence as the sitting jury will have, these people would have found her guilty as well. Caylee didn't duct tape herself in 3 layers and then jump into a trash bag...that is 1st degree murder. Why would there be duct tape applied AFTER death? - Reply to this comment
- Drowned and Casey lost contact with reality.

- All decisions were made by Cindy. Casey knew she was not mature to accept the responsibility; her decision was to allow a loving couple adopt a child, but Cindy would not permit it. After forcing Casey to keep the baby, she stayed on Casey to assume responsibility--Casey had no voice. Cindy ruled the roost and Casey was never allowed to learn how to make her own decisions. I know Casey loved Caylee; she just was not capable of becoming the mature mother Cindy wanted. Kids with moms like Cindy learn early to lie "to stay out of trouble"--it should be no surprise to anyone that Casey will lie--that's what she learned growing up. I have kept up with the case and I have a couple of questions. First, there seemed to be no serious research as to the father. Did everyone believe that this unknown person actually die in a car accident? Are there relatives who even knew that they had a grandchild? Did everyone just take Casey's word on the mysterious car wreck? Wouldn't one of her friends know who Casey was with around the time Caylee was conceived? Was she upset at the time of the wreck? What if Caylee's father is still out there? In addition, wasn't Casey dating a deputy? That story came out and no one ever talks about Casey and the deputy. I believe he was suspended from the sheriff's department? Lastly, why did Casey drop out of high school? In this scenario, the person I admire the most is Jessie Grund--he absolutely Casey and Caylee. He still can't talk about them without crying. And, if Leonard Padillo is out there--you have been the professional from day 1. When you talk, I listen. I believe Casey accidentally killed Caylee--too much Xanax or chloroform--or that sweet angel drw
