Democrats think they can fix any problem if they throw enough money at it. The solution is simple:
1. Drastically cut Spending
2. Charge a HIGH tax for all items imported in the country. This will bring jobs back to America.

Is there ever more in depth and/or serious thinking here?

Since I oppose America supporting Israel, and the subsequent targeting of our country by terrorists, he automatically thinks that I am a muslim.

Silly troll!

Well, vdema, you seem to have the inside handle on this issue. I haven''t heard discussion on that matter. Seems the jury is still out on that one.

By throwing money at a problem they created, our elected leaders prove that they have no solution to this mess. The so called stimulation plan has no details and seems to be nothing but massive earmarks to divert any discussion of what else they are planning to destroy the economy of our country.Mr. Tom Daschel is now writing legislation which is the "final solution" to the coming Medicare and Medicaid financial disaster. His legislation will create a "Washington Medical Board" that will decide who lives and who dies.If this plan is approved by our Congress,it will replicate Hitlers "final solution:depending upon your politics, and your connections, you may or may nor receive that medical treatment required for your survival!Mr. Daschel has implied that this pending legislation will not be up for debate since if the American public were to understand it,it will never pass! It must be "shoved down their throat" since once passed it will never be repealed. This is the ultimate solution to balancing the federal budget by allowing sufficient number of people to die and balance the books. Does anyone care? Read about what these guys are planning for us,you may throw up.

To Pres.-elect Obama''s credit, Obama does not care where a good idea comes from, present him with a good idea and Obama will implement it! I heard Pres.-elect Obama say on TV today, this is what I have in mind, if someone else has something better I''ll check it out and if it turns out to be better I''ll do it! Pres.-elect Obama invites good ideas, welcomes criticism and counter ideas. If you have a good ideas, submit them to his staff and be prepared to be shocked because if its a good idea they will do it! This approach is "change" all by itself.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power of money should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs." Thomas Jefferson 1743-1826 3rd U.S. President.

I am willing to sacrifice my $500 stimulus tax cut which amount to $20 per paycheck BEFORE TAXES.

I would rather see more people working and the deficit lowered. I do not want to see cuts in Social Security, which will hurt Senior Citizens the most.

Please, do not let Obama get more stimulus money. Please.
