-Now, MY question for you, what would you do if you were blockaded for this long with 1,5M people like you in an open air prison 25 by 4 miles?

Egypt has had their border with Gaza closed longer than Israel has. How come Hamas isn''t attacking Eygpt like the are Israel. The Egyptian would roll over them and kill them all.
It''s about religion , google Hamas'' Charter and read it, they are pure evil relgious psychco''s just like the ones running Iran who created Hizbollah.

It may be difficult for some American not living in either Oklahoma or New York, but

Supporting Hamas is the same as supporting Timothy McVeigh.

These bottle rockets as some people would have you believe Hamas is launching.
A US M67 hand grenade weighs 14 ounces, warhead on some of these rockets weigh up to 20 pounds.
If you have seen the damage a 14 ounce hand grenade can do, you wouldn''t be calling these Hamas weapons bottle rockets.

Hahahahaha - Exactly my point: throwing rocks and firing bottle rockets into Israel somehow justifies bombarding a civilian population. You make my point for me. Bottom line: Israels invasion of Gaza just lowers them to the level of the terrorists, inspires many, many more terrorists to take up arms than they will kill, and creates more general anguish in a part of the world that has more than its fair share of anguish.

Somehow I believe you would feel much differently if it was your yard and your family that was at the receiving end of the rockets and the rocks. They do in fact cause death and destruction if they manage to hit the target!

All under the blackmailing of AIPAC and PNAC, two ''''blessed'''' structures commited to the destruction of America for the Benefit of Biblical Israel! America is taken hostage by those organizations, succked like a spider does over its prey, until no organic liquid is left.

-And sir, no, I don''''t need help!

The people who are ruining the USA are Congress, both parties. They spend the money, they give it away freely with no accountability.

Islamists on the other hand want to destroy the USA.
A good book to read is Osama''s Revenge(The Next 911) -Paul Williams, he has no political axe to grind just lays it out for you what these crazies are saying they are going to do in their own words. Congress would rather plot and conive against each other like nothing is wrong. Blaming Israel for everything is just what these crazies bent on world conquest want you to do. They are master propogandists.

And calling this Israeli invasion a war based on Palestinian sling-shots against Israeli F-16s a war is far fetched.

Well I say all the women and chidren should line up at the door in Rafa and beg their Arab brothers in Egypt to open the door and let them pass. It''s really sad, but the fact is, their Arab Brothers in Egypt have basically told them to go scr*ww themselves. Go figure! The Egyptians don''t want their problems, the Jordanians don''t want their problems, the Saudi''s don''t want their problems, the Syrians--nope, not here-- the Lebanese--- not here either. The Iranians--- oh not here------ but we''ll gladly send you rockets and explosives so you can make sh**t!

what a sad bunch of degenrates---Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Islamic Jihad--- *** of the earth

-You blind or idiot. Or maybe both! What they caused in casualties in the last 6-month embargo (by your humane Israelis) over the Gazans was enough to cause the UN Human Right rapporteur to compare Israel to Nazi Germany. This rapporteur is Richard Falk who happens to be fellow Jew. Here is the link...

Trish, I''m neither blind nor an idiot, thank you very much. Someone who compares the cold-blooded gassing of six million people with trying to keep weapons out of the hands of people (Hamas) who are sworn to kill you might be an idiot, but not me. Hamas can stop this any time they want. All they have to do is stop shooting randomly targeted rockets into civilian cities. Renouncing their intention to destroy Israel might be a good next step. Again... if it were American soil being targeted by 70 to 100 rockets a day, falling into our cities, around our schools and playgrounds... What would we do? What would any nation do?

Israel''''s actions, including its violation of the cease-fire, predictably resulted in an escalation of rocket attacks against its own population.

Hamas caused this latest round of fighting, in which some of the casualties are a woman and her children.

Israel never observed the cease-fire to begin with. From the beginning, it announced a "special security zone" within the Gaza Strip and announced that Palestinians who enter this zone will be fired upon. In other words, Israel announced its intention that Israeli soldiers would shoot at farmers and other individuals attempting to reach their own land in direct violation of not only the cease-fire but international law.

Despite shooting incidents, including ones resulting in Palestinians getting injured, Hamas still held to the cease-fire from the time it went into effect on June 19 until Israel effectively ended the truce on November 4 by launching an airstrike into Gaza that killed five and injured several others.

Israel''s violation of the cease-fire predictably resulted in retaliation from militants in Gaza who fired rockets into Israel in response. The increased barrage of rocket fire at the end of December is being used as justification for the continued Israeli bombardment, but is a direct response by militants to the Israeli attacks.

Israel''s actions, including its violation of the cease-fire, predictably resulted in an escalation of rocket attacks against its own population.

You going to list out the more than 500 Palestinian casualties including a mother and her 4 children killed by a tank today or are you just a raging hypocrite in addition to being a big mouth, neo-con wanna-be?

Get the list from the approved Hamas mouthpiece---- I''m sure they have the information you are looking for ! Don''t forget to ask them why they continue to insist that it''s OK to throw rocks at Mirkeva tanks and shoot bottle rockets into Israel! Friggin'' morons!

Insurgeon1, try reading my post a little more carefully. I did not say Israel saved us from the Russians, I said Israel was what kept the Russians from dominating the gulf oil region when virtually all the Arab nations in that region were Soviet client states. That''s a fact, not laughable. What is laughable is your contention that somehow Britain and America sat alone around a conference table and partitioned Palestine. It was the entire UN general assembly that did so, (by 2/3rds vote and accepted by Israel). If the Arabs had accepted the original UN plan (November 29, 1947), this whole nonsense would have been stillborn. Instead they chose to fight a war which they lost, and have been whining about it ever since. Again, what if Hamas were firing rockets into the cities of any other nation on this earth? Can you imagine the result if the targets were Russian cities? Chinese? Ours? France''s? Any other nation, the result would be the same... extinction, and no one would blame the target nation one bit. But since this is Israel, everyone and his brother thinks they have the right to criticize.

Jewand, Why don''''t you tell us the plan of The Greater Israel to establish from the Waters of Mediterrannea to the Waters of Mesopotamia, and from the Desert of Saudia to the Mountains of Turkya! That is called by the locals as the Fertile Crescent, but known as the land of Honey and Milk in the Torah/Bible???

-You understand why the Arabs are VERY reluctant to welcome an invader by the Name of Yesrael!

Do you not think it is a bit simplistic to suggest that these rockets fired by terrorists from Gaza "started this war"? It would seem that this war has been going on for a long time and Israel has been flying Apaches into Gaza to kill elected Hamas officials for the last 3 years so I''''m not sure it''''s quite so simple.
