1 There is little doubt re CIA needs.
2 There is then the classic issue. viz Security Vs Intel
3 With humint, there is no one test !! Ames ( CIA ) and Hanssen ( FBI ) were both US born citizens and both passed lie detector tests. Traditional tradecraft, viz Unexplained excessive spending, finally exposed them.
4 With your targetted recruits, there is little doubt that most would have no sympathy for the CIA. Hence the CIA should make a straight cash offer for services. ie Quid pro quo There are always takers for such offers. - Reply to this comment

Yeah, just because we lie about you, then use those lies to illegally invade your countries, bombing, shooting, kidnapping, torturing, and otherwise harming your friends and families, you have no right to protest.
You have the nerve to repeat Bush''s BS line "You are either with us or you are against us.", guess what? I am a born American, from generations of born Americans, and you don''t represent me, only your self. As far as Bush''s line, I am against him. His genocide is a crime against humanity, his supporters are betrayers of their own professed "morality", and being "American" does absolutely nothing to mitigate that fact. - Reply to this comment

And so you think that mercenaries, acting on behalf of American companies in foreign lands, haven''t done the same and worse to the local populations?
Boy are you uninformed. Ever since the "gunboat diplomacy" attitudes of a century ago, American corporations have paid paramilitary groups to kill off local landowners, and otherwise terrorize the local indigenous populations of countries around the world, Chiquita being the latest to be revealed. So this is tame, huh? Would you think it tame if it happened to you and your loved ones?
You sound like the early American expansionists, "sure, we killed a few million Injuns, but that''s no reason those savages should be angry at us..." - Reply to this comment
- If you were offered to betray your country and help a foreign power to steal gasoline and resources from yours and help the foreign power to rape, your own mother and sister and help them kill your own dad in exchange for an american passport and 2500 $ would you? how about for 10 thousand?..........if they are not able to recruit, I guess that must be because in some cultures around the world they still have real family values and decency enough to not want to participate in this corrupt republicon government. Not everyone in the world is willing to sell their integrity and moral values for a few bucks and later become newborn christians to make up for their sins. Some people actually have something rare in our culture these days, something called integrity and respect for life. You won''t find those kind of people preaching in a pulpit or sitting in the congress or presidency. You can only find those people, working amongst the poor, and for free. You won''t find those, in a country club or in a frat house, nor doing missionary work in order to get brownie points with god, they do it with no self interest whatsoever and you probably will never hear about them. It''s a good thing that we offered the iraqis a good life after the invasion....by now I guess they know it was all a lie.

- I''m very proud of my country. It''s a great free country. I''m very proud of my government, we have a great president. I''m not liking Arabs, Persians & Muslims, especially American Arabs, American Persians and especially American Muslims. You are a bunch of cowards. Whiney cowards. May Allah see what cowards you are and strike you down. I know he won''t bacause he''s just some bogus diety. I do wish bad Karma on all you American haters, who don''t appreciate the freedoms that they have in this country. Muslims beat it.

- They are the most sensitive people/religion I have ever heard of, they are always offended by tame stuff that we do, US GOV, but yet the other Muslim savages lop people''s heads off and tie their dead bodies to cars and drag them through the streets and set them on fire? Yet they are only offended by us refereing to jihad as bad. What a bunch of ... They are like babies. They should be deported if they don''t help, even if they were born here. You are either with us or you are against us. All you sensitive Muslims are just alienating Americans, of all religions, more because you are a bunch of whiney babies. Grow up. Stop whining. You big babies. Your country comes first, not your little sensitive hurt feelings. People, average joes, join the military to fight for people who can''t fight for themselves and lose arms, legs, their lives for Arab people they don''t know to make life better for them and all the Arab Americans do it whine about nonsense. They are basically useless. I have no respect for them any more. They can go a head and leave my country.

This article could have ended after the word "enemy". - Reply to this comment
- "Wanted: Foreign-born Spies For CIA"
In other words, "We want you to commit treason for us", Anyone agreeing to work for the CIA against their own country commits an act of treason against that country, and most countries, just like the US, prescribe the death penalty for treason.
What would any of you right wing neocons do to an American caught working for a foreign intel agency?
Shouldn''t your same reply be expected from other countries? Nah, your brand name is hypocrisy. If Iraq caught and executed an American spy, you would probably say that Iraq has no right to execute their own traitors. - Reply to this comment
- I applied to the CIA several years ago. Speak four languages, born overseas very cultural aware and I did not even get a response and now they are up in arms about recruiting. Please, if only they follow up with the people that apply maybe they will be better prepared to deal with the evil that is out there.
