Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o and Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein are the finalists for the Heisman Trophy.

Manziel is the favorite to win college football's most famous award when it is presented Saturday night in New York. He would be the first freshman to win the Heisman and the first Texas A&M player since halfback John David Crow won the school's only Heisman in 1957.

Te'o is trying to become the first defense-only player to win a Heisman and the eighth player from Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish have had seven Heisman winners, tied for the most, but none since Tim Brown in 1987.

Klein would be the first player from Kansas State to win the Heisman.

Here's a look at how the three finalists stack up.

Incredible improvisations.

Johnny Football leads in one stat that he and Teo (also an incredible FB athelete) share, incredible "Game Determining Improvisations".

After watching highlight reels of the candidates, it is obvious who is heads and shoulders above the rest, Johnny "Football" Manziel.

if ND wins the NC and T'eo has a good game you have to give it to him.

It is about time that they stopped putting Denard Robinson in there as a "contender" for the trophy. He hasn't done anything to make himself worthy. Sure he can run, but that is NOT the primary responsibility of a QB. He is a terrible passer. Anything longer than 10-15 yards tends to be way overthrown. He will be great in the NFL, just not at the QB spot. He only came to Michigan becaues Rich Rod said he would be allowed to play QB when NO other school said that he could at their school. He has the speed, but he will make a better RB, WR, or DB than he does a QB.

You like Collin Quinn's play? You should see Collin Klein, he's pretty good too.
