Medtronic rose $.16 or .4 percent, to $43.33.
St. Jude Medical Inc. rose $.19 or .4 percent, to $43.03.
Stryker rose $.26 or .5 percent, to $56.03.
Zimmer Holdings Inc. rose $.84 or 1.3 percent, to $67.60.
