Best Buy rose $.69 or 3.7 percent, to $19.20.
Home Depot Inc. rose $.48 or .9 percent, to $52.00.
Lowe's Cos. rose $.33 or 1.2 percent, to $27.26.
OfficeMax fell $.04 or .7 percent, to $4.68.
RadioShack rose $.07 or 1.8 percent, to $3.98.
Staples rose $.31 or 2.5 percent, to $12.55.
TJX Companies rose $.52 or 1.2 percent, to $42.96.
