(Episode 434;18 minutes 48) According to Babette Bensoussan from Mindshifts Aussie companies are less disciplined than most foreign businesses when it comes to competitive intelligence. Perhaps they don't think their competitors aren't intelligent enough to warrant the effort. Maybe it's a factor of a smaller population producing less competitors. Or is it all down to false bravado on the part of C level executives?

Whether you are listening in Australia or elsewhere, you'll find some useful advice in today's BTalk. Babette is an expert in competitor intelligence, having consulted many Fortune 500 companies. We look at what your company should be doing. The chances are you already gather a lot of competitor intelligence but perhaps it's not being collated and put to good use. So what else should you be doing and, in your business, who should be doing it?

Tell us what you think. Add your comments at the bottom of this post.
