Seven Steps to Thought Leadership | BTalk Australia
(Episode 344; 16 minutes 46) Craig Badings, a Director of Cannings Corporate Communications, says thought leadership is how you align the values of your company with something of value to your stakeholders. It's all about showcasing some of your intellectual property to claim dominance in your area of expertise.
In his book "Brand Stand" Craig Badings explains the seven steps to thought leadership. He talks about those steps in today's edition of BTalk Australia. The steps follow the START IP acronym: Scan, Track, Analyse, Review, Trend-spot, Identify and Panel.
