Catharine MacIntosh spoke at the National Tourism Futures Conference on the Gold Coast last week about the concept of Zero Baggage, a venture she is starting in Toronto next year. It could be extended around the world and create massive ecological savings, but there needs to be a mindshift in the way we travel.
