The Seven Greatest Legal Mistakes in a Recession | BTalk Australia
(Episode 262; 8min 45) Imagine this. A relative dies and you're not included in the will. All that money that could have saved your business goes to another, less deserving member of the extended family. Don't you wish you'd stayed in touch more often?
Not being included in a will is one of the seven big legal mistakes for small business suggested by lawyer Paul Brennan. He talks Phil Dobbie through all seven in today's BTalk Australia.
Paul Brennan is a practising laywer in Queensland and the author of "The Law is an Ass, Make Sure It Doesn't Bite You" and "A legal Guide to Dying, the Baby Boomer edition". He says lawyers do have a sense of humour, even if they don't always show it.
