Are You Up To Speed on Digital Services? | BTalk Australia
(Episode 249: 14min 16) The Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) has just released its 2009 Digital Services Index, in conjunction with Hyro Limited and IBM Australia. It shows that business investment in digital activity continues to increase.
On today's BTalk Australia Phil Dobbie talks to AIMIA's CEO, John Butterworth, and Richard Lord, Chief Marketing Officer at Hyro. They discuss how many businesses are still missing out on the opportunity that digital services provide right across the activities of a business. Many have had the mindset that it's simply a channel for acquiring customers, but this is clearly changing with 87% of businesses surveyed saying they expect customer engagement via digital channels to increase.
