10 Inspirations for Embracing Failure

You know the guy on your team who's always pushing back against unusual ideas? The gloom-and-doomer who's convinced that if it's different, it must be wrong? Could be he's just afraid of not succeeding at a new endeavor.
Here's some food for thought to convince him that failure can indeed be an option.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." - Thomas Edison
"If you're not failing every now and again, it's a sign you're not doing anything very innovative." - Woody Allen
"Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm." - Winston Churchill
"Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavor." - Truman Capote
"A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent in doing nothing." - George Bernard Shaw
