Viacom finds YouTube smoking gun? -- The lawyers working for Viacom in its copyright suit targeting YouTube may have found smoking gun emails that could undercut the video site's potential defense. [Source: CNET]
Sony sued by gamers -- A class action suit is targeting Sony over a firmware upgrade that cause problems for some PlayStation 3s. [Source: Ars Technica]
Microsoft charms EU -- finally -- The EU and Microsoft reportedly came to an agreement over browsers and antitrust. [Source: InfoWorld]
DOJ targets IBM over mainframes -- The Department of Justice is investigating allegations that IBM has been trying to choke competition in the mainframe market. [Source: AP]
Media outlets and Apple targeted in patent suit -- Online News Link is suing a number of media outlets, including Apple, saying that the companies have infringed a patent on broadcast of digital information. [Source: AppleInsider]
