EU on Sanyo takeover by Panasonic -- EU regulators have given a green light to Panasonic taking over Sanyo so long as the final entity sells off a battery factory in Europe. [Source: AP]
Voters try to stop Diebold sale -- A voter activist group is trying to get the Department of Justice to block Diebold's sale of its voting machine business to Elections Systems & Software as a move that would create a monopoly. [Source: AP]
Apple and Eminem publisher settle -- Apple and the publisher of Eminem have settled the latter's lawsuit over royalties on iTunes sales of the rapper's work. [Source: Fortune Brainstorm Tech]
Psystar counsel quits -- Now that lawyers for Eminem's publisher are free, perhaps Psystar should give them a call, as its defense counsel withdrew himself from the copyright suit by Apple. [Source: AppleInsider]
