Facebook sued for click fraud -- A would-be class action suit with RootZoo is targeting Facebook because of alleged click fraud by users of Facebook. Nvidia up by one over Rambus -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has potentially invalidated several Rambus patents that are part of the company's suit against chip maker Nvidia. [Source: Reuters]

Two more LCD companies get EU filing -- Taiwan LCD panel companies AU Optronics and Chi Mei Microelectronics have said that they received filings from the EU Commissions regarding the ongoing investigation of alleged price fixing by some manufacturers. [Source: DigiTimes]
