Dell found in contempt -- A Louisiana state judge has found Dell in contempt over the company's production of documents in a civil lawsuit. [Source: AP]

Apple sued by consumers again -- Some consumers are suing Apple for allegedly marketing iTunes gift cards as able to purchase music at 99 cents a download, even though some titles are 30 cents more. [Source: CNET]
