Sirius XM could file by tomorrow -- Sirius XM Radio, facing big debt coming due and not enough money, has said that it could file for bankruptcy by Tuesday should it not be able to renegotiate the terms of its debt. CA and rocket science -- CA has settled its $200 million suit against Rocket Software for an undisclosed amount. CA had alleged that Rocket hired former CA employees and obtained its intellectual property. [Source: Computerworld]

Electronic evidence company grilled for bad electronic evidence -- An arbitrator in a lawsuit is apparently accusing Guidance Software, which specializes in unearthing electronic documents required under so-called e-discovery court rules, of gross negligence and bad faith in not turning up its own documents when required.
