(MoneyWatch)  The February Air Travel Consumer Report is out, and things didn't go very well for the airline industry -- or the passengers who used it. The weather was awful, which hurt, but you might be surprised at some of the results. Think you know your air travel stats? Let's take the quiz. (Scroll all the way down for answers.)

1. Which branded airline had the worst on time performance in February? JetBlue - 67.9 percent With its concentration in the northeast, it was hit hardest across the board with the bad weather in February.
2. Of the top 29 airports, which had the worst on time performance in February? Philadelphia - 62.3 percent Philly narrowly beat out other northeast airports and San Francisco (low clouds wreak havoc there) for sucking the most.
3. Of the top 29 airports, which had the best on time performance in February? Seattle - 86.9 percent El Niño is out in force this year. Warmer weather in the Pacific Northwest made for some pretty good flying conditions.
4. What's the worst time of day to travel if you want to arrive time? 10pm to 1059pm - 69.0 percent late It's not a surprise that things get worse as the day goes on, but take a look at this chart to show you what I mean.
5. Of the flights that arrive late 80% of the time, what percent touched New York? 13 percent You might be surprised that the number is so low. In fact, the only consistent laggard was a flight from JFK to St Thomas and the return. That was half the amount that touched San Francisco.
6. Of all the airports with scheduled service in the US, which has the worst on time performance? Elmira/Corning, New York - 46.5 percent Of the 99 flights that went into the airport in February, only 46 made it within 15 minutes of scheduled arrival. The good news? They were able to make up time. When those 99 flights left, 64 went on time.
7. What percentage of flights were canceled during February? A downright awful 5.5 percent of flights were canceled. During an average month, that should be less than 2 percent. Weather problems will always spike these numbers. Delta's affiliate Comair actually canceled 13.3 percent of its flights. Sheesh.
8. Of the 12 ground delays of over four hours, 11 involved one airport. Name it. Dallas/Ft Worth On February 11, there were 11 flights stuck on the ground thanks to bad fog and snow in Dallas, and that really messed things up.
