Mesa Wins Preliminary Injunction Against Delta
(MoneyWatch) Talk about poor post timing. Just after I put the post up this morning on Mesa's woes, sure enough they won a preliminary injunction against Delta's attempted contract termination. Of course, Delta will appeal.
Assuming this decision doesn't get overturned, it looks like Mesa will have fought off bankruptcy for now. But that doesn't mean they're out of the woods. The airline is still low on cash and is going to have to work hard to keep its head above water.
